Wir haben Ende 2023 in der Nähe von La Boca ein Beach Grundstück über Herrn Marcel Glaser gekauft. Es hat alles super geklappt, bekamen einen Rechtsanwalt in Sosua von ihm empfohlen, der hat alles vertragliche geprüft und danach ging alles reibungslos und unkompliziert von statten. Haben inzwischen ein Haus mit Pool gebaut und genießen die Zeit in der Dom R.!

I have been thinking about buying a condo in Cabarete for a couple years. This July I decided to move forward. I asked a friend for a recommendation and she put me in touch with Marcel. We had a introductory meeting where Marcel got a sense of my wants and budget. Two day later, Marcel had a condo that was all I had hoped for lined up for walk through. It was perfect and I bought it. Marcel did a fantastic job for me, including talking me through the process in the DR. He even was gracious enough to drive me to Sosua a couple times. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Buying my place was a wonderful experience thank to Marcel.
