Ken came out to look at a 30-year-old crabapple in my yard and said it was diseased and needed to be removed. A day later the crew came and cut down the tree, leaving my yard beat and clean. The crew that ground the stump also did a really good job and removed most of the wood chips. I’m not replacing the tree now, but when I do, I’ll definitely use Brown. They’re the best!

This was my first time using Brown Tree Service. Ken Brown quickly gave me an estimate. The entire crew was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and took great care working around the house and garage and completely cleaned up all debris. We used Brown Tree Service to remove a huge Maple from our front yard (with stump removal), fine pruning of a large Maple in the back yard and removal of 3 bushes and stumps. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree services. Ken and his crew were exceptional in communication, price, work done, and clean up. The friendly, professional crew were easy to work with and so accommodating with our two sons being mesmerized by all of the machinery and tools they used to complete the job. During the last storm our backyard tree 🌳 fell down. Called Ken's Tree Service they were out in an hour after we called. Cut down the tree & a few weeks later got rid of the stump. They were great! Also, did a great job cleaning up. We will definitely call them again to plant a new tree.

I had a hard to get to tree I wanted cut down. In addition to hard to get to it, it also had grown thru a chain link fence. Also needed our Maple (that Brown’s planted years ago) thinned out. Both were handled perfectly. And the guys couldn’t have been nicer!! I will always call Brown’s and not bother calling anyone else.

June 24, 2026 at 7:51 PM a major wind blew thru our yard. We were not home at the time. There was severe damage throughout our neighborhood and along the gas line adjacent to the back of our property. When we got home, the damage was hard to believe. We had a silver maple tree in our back yard that had to be 100 years old. We have lived here since 1976. Brown Tree Service had cleaned and trimmed our tree 4 times over the years. The wind that blew thru ripped off 4 major branches 12-18 inches in diameter. 2 landed in our garden bed on top of our potatoes, 1 landed on the fence, and 1 landed on another garden bed of ours. Our tree was not diseased at all. in fact, the branches that were ripped off all looked very healthy. We called our Arborist, Ken Brown that night. He said he'd be by at 6:30 AM the next morning. He was true to his word. He walked out back, surveyed the damage and said that this was going to be a removal, not a salvage. He said he would have a crew on sight within the hour. Again, true to his word, the crew was "johnny on the job." He told us that because of the damage around the area, that he would be back next week to grind out the stump. Once again, on the following Wednesday, his man showed up and really ground out the stump. He was here for three hours making sure that the stump was ground out almost a foot below ground level. Ken Brown has always done a professional job maintaining our tree and did a superlative job putting it to rest. We plan to replace it this coming fall after consulting with Ken. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They did a fantastic job. A storm took down my large tree leaving two very dangerous limbs over the roof and the fence. They came and accessed the damage and although had a huge list of customers, they were able to send an amazing team over to safety remove the remaining tree and cleaned up everything. They even fixed my pride and joy Windmill that was badly damaged while waiting around to begin the clean up. I am grateful for this company and would use again

We had our trees trimmed and 2 mostly dead ones removed. They did a fantastic job! 2 months later we got 2 new trees put in. They removed the 2 stumps and relocated a large shrub. Both crews were very professional and tidied up after the job. The trees Ken Brown picked out are exceptional, he's so knowledgeable. I would recommend this company for all your tree needs. I called Brown on Monday, May 4th. The lady took my info and said Ken will call me. Later that day Ken called and discussed my tree issue with me and said that he will come out the next day (Tuesday). I told him that it would have to be before 4 pm and he said he would come before that. I reorganized my day and waited for him. He never showed up. He didn't call me. He didn't text me. How can someone do that? Especially if they want my business. I am really disappointed by this treatment.
