The staff here are always so polite and caring. I really feel comfortable and well taken care of at bright ridge dental! Every doctor in there is amazing!
Dental cleaning went well. First treatment with Jasmine. She was very friendly, polite & knowledgeable. She got right down to business, but gave me a few tips while she was at work. I plan to incorporate them in my dental hygiene. I was well satisfied with her care and treatment.

Booked elsewhere after two calls. My assistant tried to schedule a new-patient exam and cleaning for me, and the office declined to complete the booking through an assistant, insisting I call personally. The earliest exam and cleaning together was also months out. Everyone was courteous, and I have no complaint about the dentistry — but as more people rely on AI assistants for scheduling, practices that won't work with them will quietly lose patients to practices that will.

During the calls, we explained that an email address was needed to continue the booking process, but the AI assistant was unable to provide that information. For new-patient appointments, we need to obtain the necessary information to complete the scheduling process. We also understand that our availability, with the earliest appointment for an exam and cleaning being several months out, did not meet your needs, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your preferred timeline.

The Bright Ridge team was wonderful, especially Morgan! She was attentive and courteous and so friendly. She explained everything she was doing and professional in doing so; She truly tookcare of my dental needs!! So great to get in quickly and all were very professional.
