We are pleased with the outcomes of your limited procedure. You did not accurately describe the procedure as it was a facelift (not a necklift) with lipo of the neck/jowls and fat transfer to multiple facial areas.

Given your profession, we would hope that you would understand that a given intervention cannot guarantee a specific result.
In regards to your concerns, you never had an ear infection. The sutures we removed were not permanent as we explained to you. However, you did develop a reaction to the long term absorbable sutures which required removal and which we addressed in a timely fashion over multiple visits. Many of which you scheduled and did not attend. Local/topical anesthetics were utilized. We were there every step of the way, responding to every concern, question, after-hours calls and numerous visits throughout your recovery period. We also offered additional treatments on a complimentary basis.
It is unfortunate that you do not feel that this was sufficient, even when your referring friend reached out to tell us whe was amazed with your results and personally apologized for your behavior.
