Greatness in the end from Garrett & Co. Kids love the addition. The backyard makeover is like night and day. With the custom cast stone, it feels like we are in Europe (memories from 5 yrs ago and when we were younger than that). The spa centered over the pool into the house is sweet. Spillover and lighting work well.

Pool was far from a typical installation. It was built on a challenging hillside, making the entire project extremely complicated and requiring careful planning, coordination, and execution. Gavin handled every challenge with professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. What impressed me most was his exceptional customer service, consistent communication, and excellent scheduling. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, coordinated everything efficiently, and made a very complicated project feel well organized and manageable. The final result is absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! Projects like this really show the difference a great project manager can make. Gavin recently took over my pool. In the 2 short weeks he has come over and introduced himself, plus handled a water issue due to a rubber ring that had become loose. He also came over today to adjust my pool cleaner. Very nice young man and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Gavin

We have built two pools now through Blue Haven. While the process was not completely without hiccups, this is true with any contractor and we are so happy with the finished product. Garrett was really committed to making sure the finished product turned out great. We are down to just a few punch list items and I know as soon as those are finished we will be ready to enjoy our new pool for a long time. Miguel did our hardscaping and it turned out absolutely perfect.

Our experience with Blue Haven was exceptional from sales to project completion. Nathalie walked us through the entire project, and made sure we were happy with the design. Billy, our project manager, kept everything on track. He always knew where we were on the project, informed us of next steps, and paid attention to detail. Billy stayed true to the timeline, and managed to finish the project before the proposed completion date. If you want a pool company that responds quickly to questions, cares about the final outcome, and checks in repeatedly, I highly recommend Blue Haven.
