Went in as an emergency, in serious pain for infection following an extraction the previous week, staff were very sypmathetic to my situation and looked after me, got one of the bosses to see me almost immediately, treated me expertly and almost instantly pain was relieved, thankyou team Birchwood
Had my dental treatment at Birchwood Dental for many years The team are very professional and supportive, I highly recommend them.
Amazing dentist, lovely nurses too and the receptionists were also very helpful and kind. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and they really helped calm my nerves during my visit. Would 100% recommend!
As someone who has always struggled with dentist visits I have to say Nav and all the rest of the staff at Birchwood put me me at my ease straight away. A failed bridge, exacerbated by the pandemic lockdown, has meant I require a fair bit of treatment. The various options were explained to me patiently by Nav.
I would heartily recommend Birchwood Dentists to anyone, but especially anyone with a phobia of dentists like myself.
First class service would highly recommend , been going to Birchwood dental practice for 9 years now, can’t fault them

Saw Amy & Shay today for my hygiene appointment, couldn’t be happier with the results amazing as always :)
I thought I had broken a tooth. They got me in very quickly and I was seen by Dr Nav. At the time I was in a lot of pain moving and she and the reception staff were amazing. I returned later to have a filling as it was not broken just lost filling. Again the receptionist was amazingly helpful. Dr.Nav was very careing and I was never in any discomfort what do ever. Wonderful lady and staff. Thank you all so much.
Had my root canal treatment today with Randhir, was surprisingly quick and straight forward! Shay was the most amazing dental nurse, so attentive and reassuring, talking through every step so I knew what was happening. She really went above and beyond to make it a positive experience! Thank you both :)
Pete and his team are amazing ! Especially love Shay who always has a reassuring hug and a smile for me. I am so happy with my new smile !!
As a fairly new patient at Birchwood, I have to say from the moment I stepped into the building , I knew i would be happy. The Reception staff were so welcoming. Lisa especially who dealt with me was absolutely lovely, very friendly, happy good humoured all whilst remaining very professional Amy also quite new very friendly and happy. I moved Dentists after moving house and im so glad I did. My Dentist Bobby and the Dental Nurse Lily also very friendly and happy . You all made me feel so relaxed and welcomed, im really happy that I came to you.Thank you all so much for accepting me and treating me so well you are all very lovely people .

The only thing that spoilt it was been forgotten about and girls on reception talking about lunch and tattoos and if I hadn't of got up and asked about if my consultation had been finished to book more appointments I'm not sure if they would remembered
