Very responsive with both a quote and scheduling. Had some kind of rodent infestation in one room of our basement ceiling. Aaron and Taylor did a fantastic job and were done in a few hours. They identified that it was squirrels and had the area cleaned out, sanitized, and ready for the contractor to patch up before lunch! Highly recommend!

I have a family member that suffers from depression and has physical limitations. They were overwhelmed and unable to keep their home clean and it turned into a disaster. I called Bio Decon Solutions. I sent photos of the residence to Scott Barkley, owner of Bio Decon Solutions. Scott responded quickly, assured me that they are discreet and could schedule the cleanup for a fair price. His team showed up on time and went to work. They were super nice and got the place spotless. When Scott sent the “after photos”, my first thought was Wow! If you have a loved one that needs help or cleanup of any sort, contact Bio Decon Solutions.

Bio Decon was an amazing experience. They responded quickly to our request to clean out our garage and remove rodent droppings. The price quoted was very fair. Day of cleanup, the crew was hard working and happy to be around. They cleaned everything very well and did it quickly. Garage looks brand new. I will recommend them highly!

There was a medical emergency at a home in Seattle that resulted in blood in several rooms. Saturday evening, I requested a biohazard clean up inside the house. Scott (the company owner) came over Sunday to see the situation, take many photos, plan the work, and prepare a bid. By Monday afternoon it was done, all the blood was cleaned up and what could not be cleaned was placed in BioHazard boxes and hauled away. The Clean up team did thorough work. The team and owner all were diplomatic and sympathetic to my feelings in dealing with the situation. The final amount paid was within the bid range. The owner and team communicated well in a timely manner. They are very good at this difficult and specialized work.
