Extremely professional, quick to respond, and fair in pricing. I sent a text on a Sunday and had a quote same day and a scheduled pickup within 24hrs. The staff showed up on time and took care of the rest. Quick and efficient, I had couch, fridge, & bed out in less than 30 minutes.

I've used Junk Relief two times and have been very impressed both times. They are very responsive, super friendly and professional, reasonably priced, and just all around helpful. Marcel & Willie were my crew today and they took care of everything I needed and also took extra care to not scratch or damage anything in my home. Their care is much appreciated.

Demarlo and Joe did an excellent job and even received compliments regarding their professionalism from our building manager as several deliveries occurred during their visit to my building.
