We were having some issues trying to replace an a/c thermostat . Called Bill Howe and they sent out Brent Phillips . He showed up on time , was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions .
Great and excellent service!! Adrian was thoughtful, knowledgeable, methodical and successfully fixed our shower faucet. He also gave us advice on other areas of our home like when to get the main water shut-off replaced. I would recommend Adrian to anyone.

Jonathan performed my yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was on time and performed the maintenance in a very professional and courteous manner. I've relied on Bill Howe for years and highly recommend them.
Mini split Blower Wheel got really dirty over summer AC usage, A dirty blower wheel causes condensation & water leaks/drips from unit inside home. The blower wheel is inside the mini split, not easy task to get to. Bill Howe - Tech Jonathan stepped up and took care of it promptly, great job, ready now for a hot spell and the winter season, Thank you!

Part of my pipe between the kitchen and washroom had to be replaced. A good job was done. Juan and Michael were the workers and they were here almost a whole day. I can't praise them enough. They were so respectful, and a pleasant team. They worked so good together. And they did a great job of cleaning up. They get an A+ from me.

Today we had Emmanuel and Connor from Bill Howe come this morning to fix a plumbing problem with one of our toilets. Without going into heavy “poopie” details, let me just say what a terrific job they did. Both boys had to crawl under our house to fix the problem. It was not an easy job, or an easy crawl because our house was built in the 1950s so it comes with a lot of original structure and unfortunately old rusty pipes as well. However, a job well done, and we sent the boys on their way with home baked cookies! Thank you, Bill Howe, Emmanuel and Connor.

I had a downstairs toilet which I had to repeatedly plunge as it kept reclogging. Initially I called another company to assess the situation but the difference between that company and Bill Howe was like an NBA team versus a pickup game basketball team. Bill Howe provided a cascading team of experts with the appropriate knowledge, tools, training and experience to analyze and fix the problem (the problem was that there were roots infiltrating the drain pipe). They took pictures inside the pipe and showed me the full extent of the problem. I am confident that their assessment and recommended solution, backed by a 20-year transferrable guarantee, was professionally executed and the correct one to permanently address the "root" (pun-intended) cause. Per their company claim, they certainly knew how.
