Did my CBT in Shrewsbury on the 19th of September 2026 , couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, really helpful and made me feel comfortable riding. Will be back to do my mod 1 & mod 2 next year hopefully
Absolutely fantastic instructor (Steve) at Stafford. The pace that the course was delivered was great. The instructions on the road couldn't have been clearer, I felt at ease right away. There were some really helpful learning points and information was clear, detailed but wasn't too dull, he had a great sense of humour and energy. Course was delivered really well! Exceptional training and understanding from Glynn who got both myself and another public through our CBT. I felt the concentration and patience of the instructor was personalised to each riders needs and the relaxed way in which this was delivered now means I will be returning to Bisewise for my DAS early next year.

A huge thank you to Steve for guiding me through my CBT and having the patience to help me gain the qualification. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend anybody toying with the idea of getting out on two wheels to drop these guys a call. Had a great time and now feel equipped to get out on my own
Did my cbt with Steve on Friday and it was an all round great experience. I had never rode a bike before the day and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher.
Completed mod 1 with Tony and mod 2 with JP. Both are great instructors who made the experience very enjoyable. The bikes are in great condition and the training centre has a car park on site with is very handy for mod 1. 100% recommend booking with Bikewise Shrewsbury
Firstly the guy who takes the bookings on the phone was drunk at 11am!
My instructor Steve was trying to be funny but had a grumpy nature about himself, on the road ride he also kept talking over the radio saying "that would have been a fail on the mod 2" which was really annoying.
Steve advised i needed a lot more road time before I do my DAS, but I booked it with another company that didn't talk to me like I was a kid and I passed my mod 1 & 2 in 4 days and only 1 minor....

Having never ridden a motorbike, and last riding a pushbike some 15+ years ago I was quite nervous to undertake my CBT. Both Tony and the other participants (who’d been riding for years) were fantastic in calming my nerves and keeping me on track. Tony was very patient and worked with me to get me on the road and complete my CBT with no issues. Now to practice!!

Fantastic day spent with Steve at Bikewise in Stafford doing my CBT. His firm but friendly approach to training was exactly what I needed to get the most out of the day and build confidence. The loan bikes were also in great condition. I’m sure I’ll be back for some big bike training further down the road. Thanks! 🏍️💨

Attended my first ever CBT today with Steve. Was such a pleasant experience and was happily signed off.
Credit to Steve, he explained everything in detail and clearly. Anyone thinking of using BikeWise I would highly suggest using them.
