I unfortunately experienced not once but 3 times the worst customer service with Ruby at this office. I am not only disappointed but also shocked that she truly stands on her tone when speaking to me. This place was referred to me from a coworker at the 49ers so I am so sad to have received this type of service. Wishing everyone who is in a service job to please treat customers with respect and grace no matter what.

I unfortunately went to this office back in February of 2026! I truly am disappointed in the service I received from Ruby, from day one the communication has been very passive aggressive, and high micro aggressions towards me when I am simply just trying to get dental work done. Being that I have had a traumatic experience with previous dentists I was hoping to experience the great service from this place. The owner Erin b was very kind but it just seems that when a customer speaks up about services that are not cheap the front desk dental assistants attitudes change. Unfortunately I will never return to this place. As an educated black woman I understand that some establishments you just need to walk away from.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Erin Beveridge and her entire team. As a former dental hygienist, I’ll admit I’m extremely picky when it comes to dental care. I know what to look for in a high-quality practice, and this office genuinely exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was greeted right away, they knew exactly who I was, and every member of the team was warm, friendly, and attentive. You can tell there is a real culture of caring here.
Dr. Erin was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her patients and their care. The office also has excellent technology, and I appreciated how they explained what they were doing and why throughout my visit.
My hygienist, Lian, was fantastic as well. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, but just as importantly, you can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care.
Coming from someone who spent years working in dentistry, I don’t give praise like this lightly. This is an exceptional dental practice with a team that combines clinical excellence with genuinely compassionate care. I’m so glad I found them and would highly recommend Dr. Beveridge and her team!

Been using Beveridge Dental for over 20 years. Staff and all medical team, explain everything in words that are easy to understand. Recommend options for treatments. Looking for ways to keep patients healthy without sticking their hand too deep into your wallet, selling you things you do not need. I have had several older crowns replaced here. Recently two implants. ( as child, only dentist in town, was older gentleman, who used mid 1940 techniques in the mid 60s ).
Honest work at honest prices. If Beveridge Dental, is not in your insurance network, they will try to work with your dental insurance company to get the maximum share of the bill payment allowed by your insurance. My current dental insurance company, never wants to pay for work done by Dentists out of their network. Staff here has played the game with them , resubmitting Cig's request for additional info, 3 or 4 times. My insurance may only pay 200 for an out of network, 600 dollar charge, That is 200 that did not come out of my pocket. I get high quality work. Never a complaint. My daughter in law , impressed by the fantastic, caring work done here, they left her dentist of years and moved to Beveridge Dental. As have, several of their friends and co workers.
I have recommended, to friends, who are dissatisfied with work by their Dentist, they inherited from parents or assigned by their insurance company, they visit for an exam. Many found themselves, moving to Beveridge Dental to find satisfaction.
