The Bank is an amazing place, full of character and charm. The attention to interior design is exceptional, with absolutely no detail overlooked. Every element has clearly been thought through to an incredibly high standard.As impressive as the pictures are, they honestly don’t do the place justice. You really have to experience it in person to fully appreciate how special it is.

The House is very nice and as you probably know appeared on a famous design show with Alan Carrs Design Masters back in 2022. The upside down wooden canoe light shade still looks good! The Hot tub was a nice 4 person large unit, which we all had a go in. We also made use of the 2 man Canoe that we used on the lake that the house overlooks. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, with one that has a bath rather than a walk in show, so might be useful for those with kids to bath? They have a games console with just about every classic space invaders, street fighter and so on to have a go on. Nice local walks, and found some nice pubs and places to go in our short weekend break. There is a lot more to do, but we only stayed 2 nights, so mainly a nice quiet weekend with lovely peaceful and calm views across the lake whilst sipping on the bubbly, in the very bubbly hot tub! Also has an Alexa speaker which you can pipe to the Jacuzzi outside, but we couldn't connect that! Lovely place!

Great two night stay as a group of 10. The property is clean and well equipped especially for small children. The estate is great for kids. We kayaked, played table tennis and swam. it's a little tricky to find but security guided us and it's location on the estate is perfect. the only negative is we had to wait for the hot water to reheat after a couple of our group had baths but i wouldn't let this put me off and would happily recommend and rebook!

We had the most gorgeous stay celebrating my 30th birthday weekend with friends. The lake house was absolutely perfect for a group getaway – there was so much space to socialise both indoors and outside, and we made the most of the hot tub all weekend.We also loved being able to use the kayak that was provided and get out on the lake, which made the stay feel even more special. The welcome treats were such a lovely thoughtful touch too.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect, we were very impressed with how clean, well-equipped and homely the house is. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. The generous instant coffee, nespresso pods, prosecco and treats were very appreciated as well! It truly felt like home and the communication has been great throughout. I took my parents here and they loved everything about the house and the location, I imagine would be an amazing spot in the heat of the summer.

Me and my partner visited for a couple of nights , the place was very easy to find and check in instructions were really clear. When arriving the property was clean and tidy and had soothing welcome music on the tv which instantly made us feel at home. The area had a couple of other glamping properties but still felt private. The surroundings are very peaceful including watching the birds on the bird feeder throughout the day. We used the jacuzzi and sauna which made our stay extra special. The welcome instructions digital booklet was very informative and helpful. There were board games to play on the living room table. We did walk down to the local shop to get some lunch, it was well stocked and reasonably priced for an independent shop. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay, we will be back very soon.
