Had my first class yesterday with Alice who was lovely and explained how to use the equipment really well, she checked on me throughout the class to make sure I was ok. Loved the class and you can really feel it working all your muscle groups.

Absolutely loving it! It’s been two weeks now that I go to the classes, and I’m loving it! Atm I worked with Emma, Ellie-Mai, and Rhian , and they’ve been great and very helpful, always there checking if you’re doing the right movement and to help you out. In every class I learn new exercises so it’s never boring and always challenging, but I feel so good afterwards! So far I’m having a great experience ❤️

Ellie is such a bright, positive, and sunny person — her energy alone makes every class a joy. She teaches with incredible attention to detail, is extremely professional, and guides even the challenging movements clearly and carefully. I really enjoyed my class at Bayse. Highly recommended!

I had my first session with Iqra and she was amazing!! It was my first ever time attending a reformer Pilates session so I was slightly nervous. Iqra helped me through the machines and took her time to explain to me how to use the machines and how guided me through slowly step by step. I can’t wait to attend again!
