Wonderful Experience! I had my first ever reformer pilates session at Bayse today and had a really wonderful experience. The group was small and the instructor was lovely, she explained everything very well too. Looking forward to going again!

Sally’s Pilates class was honestly fantastic. She really knows how to push you in the best way without it feeling overwhelming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about everyone getting the most out of the session. She was so attentive throughout, always checking form and making sure we were doing everything correctly, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she’s just a genuinely lovely woman who creates such a welcoming, positive atmosphere. It’s one of those classes you leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and already wanting to book the next one.

Absolutely stunning studio. The instructor is fantastic, it was my first class and she made me feel completely comfortable from the start. I’m recovering from a shoulder injury and wanted to ease back into strengthening exercises, and joining Pilates has been the best decision. Bayse is definitely the place to be!

Amazing sessions with great instructors Had a few sessions with Ellie-Mae and Jade, and they were absolutely amazing. They are incredibly skilled and made each session enjoyable and effective.
