Exceptional service from start to finish! My brand-new Tundra had only about 100 miles on it when the driver’s door and side mirror were damaged in a hit-and-run. I was understandably concerned, but Auto Dent Quality made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. They did an excellent job with the repairs, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and completed everything in a very timely manner. My first time I ever go through this process. I can say that I do definitely recommend them. Cory is very friendly and he guided me through the process. They even detailed my car inside and outside! I would say I wasn’t a fan of the paint job but thats just me being picky and a painter myself lol.

Avoid this place. They are thiefs. Not only did they charge a lot they didn’t not even put all the parts on my car and when confronted they wouldn’t even respond. In addition to putting my tires backwards/ inside out I had to go to Mercedes and spend close to 2k for repairs that I should not have had to do, then my tires were damaged from being inside out I had to spend another 1k getting them replaced. This company costed me nearly 5k and counting. I will be going to the attorney general & dmv & my insurance company because the way my car was sent back was UNSAFE. And the worst part is I was stone walled. They put screws in my front bumper. Screws. Who ever the mechanics are have no idea what they are doing. I got my car back with paint damage on the hood. They literally caused more problems than I went in with. It looks WAY WORSE than before. Plus I had zero mechanical problems. Please take this as a warning. The worst part is they wouldn’t even apologize or offer to fix the damage. He even reached out to me claiming he never got paid for any work from my insurance company and I started sending him screenshots of all the payments they received. And when speaking to my insurance he then claimed it was a misunderstanding. Be so careful with these people. Only go to companies who will back up their work to your insurance company. They even kept my old AMG rims.

What you described, including missing parts, wheel installation, paint damage, and bumper fasteners, is not acceptable. I went by Auto Dent Quality hoping that they were still open. I had been in an accident which shifted my hood and I'd been riding around thinking I was unable to open my hood. My insurance deductible was high so I'd been waiting to save money to get it fixed. When I arrived at Auto Dent Quality, Giancarlo was so nice. He immediately knew what was going on and fixed the hood in less than 20 mins. I was in awe at his knowledge, skills, professionalism, and speed. I had something else that clearly needed to be done and he advised me on that as well. I am so amazed and appreciative of him and all of his help and amazing work. I definitely recommend coming here. Ask for Giancarlo because he is amazing. Thank you so much again.

Auto Debt Quality did an AMAZING job on my car. They fixed a large dent on my car in less than 24 hours. They also were very reasonably priced. When I got my car back I noticed they even cleaned my entire car!! They had drinks and snacks and some cute doggies to pet too :)!! I will be back and highly recommend!!!!!

Took my F250 in this morning due to a dent on my front quarter panel. The dent was on a crease which makes it a bit more challenging.
