My TPMS sensors are not properly coded to my car. The low pressure light keeps coming on every 50 miles or so an I keep having to reset tpms light. Been like this every since I got the wheels
The technician called me to make sure fit and the details of ordering my rims and how long it would take the rims to get to me. Very professional and on point. Received my rims on time was actually a day quicker to be honest and they were package perfectly. I will be using Audio City again. Thank you!!!

Great communications, hard working, and helpful to find what you need. Maria, Santiago, and other’s really do work hard to find all your wheels / rims that work for you and your vehicle. My Durango 2026 was not easy to find the right rim for me. But they pulled it off! I’m super over the top with mine.
Before finding AudioCityUSA I went through 2 months of trying to replace my rims. They made it smooth as if I were actually in the store. Edward was the salesman name. Thank you Edward I’m highly satisfied, and love the look of my vehicle
Wheels are great and make the car look awesome! Only issue is on a few of the wheels they had to use a few more weights than I like to see. Other than that they are what I needed for this car.
I had an exceptional experience with AudioCity!! I recommend them 100% my go to store for anything rims or tires related. Not only was my sales rep Santiago very responsive to all my questions but he was also very knowledgeable in fitment and reassured me there would be no rubbing with my new wheels! If you’re looking for top notch service and quality products look here. Five stars all the way!! Will come back for a different set of wheels for my BMW!!!
They're making too much money over there. The customer service is not that great. Difficult to work with on getting quotes.
I purchased rims and TPMS sensors from Audio City USA they told me that the sensors would already be programmed to my vehicle... I got everything installed and guess what.....the sensors wasn't programmed i reached out to them to see if they worked with a shop in my area any maybe they could programmed them to the car....they told me to send the sensors back I told them its gonna cost me to get the tires and rims broke down to removed the sensors the guy promised me he would reimburse me the $100 to have it down...well he lied!!!! I will never do business with such a piece of shit company again!!! If you cant keep your word then what good are you!!!!
I contacted Audio City regarding wheels and tires for my 2020 F150. I knew what I wanted the truck to look like, however I couldn't "explain" it at the time I called. Thankfully I was transferred to Edwin, who spent an immense amount of time with me to ensure I got the exact wheel and tire combination to achieve the look I wanted. He provided me a text number and answered what had to be a frustrating amount of questions by both myself and my fiancée regarding the wheels. Edwin reassured us and walked us through the entire process (as we were worried about ordering the wheels and tires sight unseen). The wheels and tires were shipped in a timely manner, arrived as scheduled, and were in perfect condition. For anyone who is looking for 5 star customer service, amazing attention to detail, and a sales team who truly care, I cannot stress enough that you should call Audio City and ask for Edwin!

Was the worst transaction I have ever seen. I wanted deep dish rims, I got what someone else wanted me to have. My tire have an appearance of bulging and no deep dish for $6500.00. Looking elsewhere for new rims. Talked about Goodyear sport tires, once again received something different, was changed on the contract, and my trust was taken advantage of again.
