Au Cheval in NY is actually really good. I get why people talk about it. The burger is simple but done right, juicy, good cheese, and the bacon adds a lot. It’s filling too, not one of those tiny burgers.
The place is pretty busy and a little loud but that’s kind of expected. Fries were solid, crispy and easy to finish.
It’s not cheap and you might have to wait, but overall it’s worth trying at least once. I’d go back.
