Hi good afternoon, sorry for the feedback.
It is the overall experience during my dental appointment.
First I have a my first appointment which delay so much for more than 2 months. And always an issue to book an appointment.
Let say I have scan today, the aligners will arrived for 3 weeks then thats the only day you will book me for my appointment for another wait of 4 weeks. Total of almost 2 months.
Then I raised it. And ask for an appointment even though the product is not yet there so there will be no wasting days for waiting.
I have an issue with my first bonding. The two of my tooth we're bonded so I have to call about it and they respond don't worry about it. But i mention that how will it be move. Like they don't want to take responsible on it. And I have to book and wait again for couple of weeks. No compensation for the hassle. Not even apologise about it. I feel like im a Nhs patient not a private one, im not sure if it is the same treatment for invisalign. You have to wait for 30 mins outside prior your appointment. And when I recieve my last aligners they not even check on ny teeth if everything is alright, I receive it on the stairs not very professional. They not even offer to try it first if there is any problem with aligners. Im not sure if its the staffing wise; not enough staff or too many patient on the day. It's just very different on my previous experience. Its not just happened once. Multiple times. Providing good service and safety to the patient is the priority which i haven't felt during the appointments. Some days are okay most of the day is not. Like every one is in a hurry. I hope this feedback will help the clinic in future to be better. Thanks

Your teeth straightening treatment was arranged through Smile White, which referred you to Art Dentistry to carry out specific stages of the treatment. Your treatment contract was with Smile White, and aspects such as the manufacture and delivery of your aligners were managed by them. We contacted you as soon as we received your referral, and any delays before the referral reached us were outside our control.
Smile White typically takes 2–3 weeks to deliver aligners. We therefore arrange appointments once the aligners have arrived to ensure that the necessary items are available and to avoid unnecessary visits. We appreciate that waiting can be frustrating, but these timings are dependent on the external provider.
Regarding the bonding between your teeth, we did not dismiss your concern or advise you to leave the excess bonding material in place. We offered you an appointment to address the issue; however, you indicated that you were happy to resolve it yourself using a tooth saw. In light of this, we do not feel it is fair to suggest that we refused to take responsibility or failed to offer a solution. With regard to your request for compensation for the inconvenience, Art Dentistry did not receive any payment from you for the treatment arranged through Smile White, and therefore we do not consider compensation from our practice to be applicable in this context.
We do not recall any occasion when you waited 30 minutes beyond your appointment time, although appointments can occasionally overrun due to clinical requirements. As you work in healthcare yourself, we hope you can appreciate that patient care sometimes requires additional time.
Regarding the collection of your retainers, you attended when patients were already scheduled for treatment, meaning we were unable to accommodate you in the surgery at that moment. However, we have always advised you to contact us should you experience any issues with the fit, so that we can arrange to assess and address them appropriately.
We take patient care and safety seriously and regret that you have been left dissatisfied. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve, while also believing it is important that the circumstances surrounding a patient's treatment are represented accurately.

I had a very positive experience with Art Dentistry for my Invisalign treatment.
If you are considering Invisalign treatment, this is the place to go.
The best!!! I have never had more comments on my teeth after visiting them! The clinic is spotless, everything runs on time, and they made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. I left with cleaner teeth, and a bigger smile which was pretty big before :)
I had an amazing experience at my clinical dental hygiene appointment. From the very first booking, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, right through to the completion of my treatment.
I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. The hygienist was so gentle, made sure I was comfortable at every stage, and the treatment was essentially pain-free. As someone who is very sensitive to pain, this meant a great deal to me and made the whole experience much easier than I expected.
I wouldn't hesitate to return for other treatments. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent care!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Disha and the whole team. From the moment I booked my appointment, Maya at reception was absolutely brilliant — very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
I had a deep clean done by Dr Disha, and she was extremely professional, gentle, and perfectionist in her work. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the treatment and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

Couldn’t recommend Disha more. She’s done my Invisalign, composite bonding and handles all my checkups and hygienist appointments. Standard is excellent across the lot.
Invisalign was straightforward start to finish. Clear plan, no overselling, exactly the result she said it would be. The bonding is the kind of work where you can’t tell anything’s been done. Completely natural, no dodgy edges. Routine stuff is just as good. Thorough, calm, never rushed.
What sets her apart is the care she takes. She explains what she’s doing and why, and you leave knowing she’s looking out for your teeth properly rather than ticking boxes. Properly skilled, properly trustworthy.

Dr Disha is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. Dr Disha not only is great invisalign provider but she tackled all of my dental problems and needs. She is extremely professional and cares about her patients. Would highly recommend. Its a great location.
