Bought 2 tickets Sunday after arriving from NZ same day was not dissapointed wow what s great way for me and partner to start our holiday.The staff were great friendly and welcoming and our driver and tour guide were awesome both adults and kids were both emersed in the great atomosphere created by both driver and tour guide.This definately was a great activity a great way to start our holiday a must do for fun and laughter for both adults and children of all ages.

We had a fantastic time on the Aquaduck! 🦆 The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and great with the kids. It’s a fun and family friendly experience. The tour is a great way to see some of the Gold Coast’s beautiful areas from both the road and the water, while learning a bit about the city along the way. The kids absolutely loved the experience, and we enjoyed it too!

We had luke and murray running the show for us today and was awesome. They were a funny duo and easy to get along with. We didn’t book in advance because we were happy to wait around or even come back the next day But it seems like they have a couple of buses running and it’s a quick turn around before the next one arrives ready for you to jump on. We walked in paid and with in 10 minutes on the bus the kids loved it

Aquaduck gave us a very memorable tour around Gold Coast. We had a visit to Springbrook national park where we could appreciate the flora and fauna of the region. The trip was enhanced by our tour guide ‘Ryan, who were very lively and engaged us with wonderful facts and information of the place, and ensured that we had a great time around.

In all my years of holidaying on the Gold Coast, I'd aways see the Aquaduck but had never been on it until today! The kids absolutely loved it, especially getting the chance to be captain and steer the boat for a bit. Wish we had tried it sooner. Highly recommended! Especially for families with young kids. The staff are auper friendly and the commentary from the tour guide was also quite funny and entertaining!

Worse experience of my 21 day vacation from Canada. No Parking, extremely unfriendly, total waste of time and money. I’ve had a lot of wonderful experiences in Australia, this one left a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend, which is disappointing because jt was my Father’s Day present and it was a total failure.

Hi Richard, sorry your day didn't go to plan. Our records show your group arrived after the scheduled departure, and once the vessel had left our team wasn't able to fit you onto that tour, staff do need to hold firm on departure times so the rest of the schedule runs smoothly for other guests. For navigating parking in future, we offer free two-hour parking at Circle on Cavill and our team's happy to help by phone if the area's giving you trouble. We hope the rest of your Australian trip was a great one.

What an incredibly fun experience we had yesterday with Margie and Adam on the Aquaduck! Our group of six all had a great time, especially my children who even got to steer the Aquaduck! If you're visiting the Gold Coast, you should give it a go. It really is a great and unique tour. 10/10 would recommend!
