He explained everything clearly over the phone, and his professionalism and knowledge gave me complete confidence to go ahead with the job. The very next day, he messaged to say the new boiler was installed and the hot water was running perfectly. This was all based on trust, and Matt absolutely delivered. He is reliable, honest, friendly, and highly skilled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a Gas Safe engineer. Five-star service!

Matt installed our new boiler in 2023 and has carried out an annual service in subsequent years. I have always been happy with the service provided. Matt takes a real pride in his work and in the customer service he provides. He is reliable, friendly and courteous, carrying out his work in a professional and efficient manner. In addition, he has excellent communication skills and a keen sense of humour. I'll leave it there : you can probably tell I'm impressed !

(June 2026) I’m adding to the review I left in December for Matt, because his excellent service continues! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 Thank you for fitting us in to check the boiler pressure at the house. Great communication, a prompt arrival, and everything was explained clearly before the work was completed efficiently. The advice about the thermostat setting was also much appreciated. We’ll definitely be using you again for the annual boiler service in September. Professional, reliable and highly recommended. (December 2025) Matt was incredibly kind and accommodating when he came to us at very short notice. Impressive service and we have peace of mind going forward with our boiler.
