Chris recently completed a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency in my home. During the assessment, there was some recommendations that were provided to help reduce energy consumption, lower utility costs, and improve overall comfort. Areas reviewed included insulation levels, air sealing opportunities, heating and cooling systems, lighting, and appliance efficiency. Chris was very pleasant to work with and did not try to push anything unnecessary. He took the time to explain the Mass Save Home Assessment process, answered questions clearly, and provided helpful recommendations without any pressure. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience.
Outstanding support through process. and company that installed them treated our home like it was theirs.

We had such a positive experience with Alpine Heat Pumps. The crew that came to do the work were profession on site, mindful of picking up each day, and were a well oiled machine throughout the process. Even in a challenging part of the install (I was adding electric heat baseboards in a few rooms) listening to the team work through challenges (wiring through my old house walls) with even a sense of humor was refreshing. It was clear the all loved their work and that goes so far in this world. As a small business owner myself a good crew is everything with great attitudes. So grateful!
