I had 3 exceptional young men today come service my home. Jay from the HVAC side fixed a leaky duct, got me new thermostats, and worked on both of my air conditioners. He was very professional. Later in the day Stephon and Caleb flushed my hot water heater and inspected my faucets and connections. They were also very professional. The water here in Las Vegas is very hard and I have some issues to take care of soon! I Highly recommend Ambient Edge.

Chris Wilson is incredible. He thoroughly explained everything to us and repeatedly asked if we had any questions to make sure we understood everything he was doing. He made us feel comfortable with the work he did and showed us everything he checked. He definitely has very strong customer service skills.

I had my winter inspection done January 26 and everything checked out. When I turned on my mini split three days ago, P5 Came up after running at 10 minutes. I have had this problem before.. You guys had someone out within an hour which was great, but I have never had the same person here twice and you guys always have some new people. Trevor was very nice very appropriate and businesslike. He cleaned my coils he said and when I asked him if my mini split was charged, he said it’s pretty full.. I expect it needs to be all the way for because before he left it was down two 16°C on the setting on the mini split but when he tested it, he said it was blowing 68.5° which seems to me that it should’ve been blowing way colder if it was set at 16 Celsius. I wasn’t charged and he left, but I’m pretty sure that I’m gonna have to have you guys back out because it’s not right. I’m glad it wasn’t charged because to me it’s still not working the way it’s supposed to be working. Your company just signed off on it January 26 that it was fine.

Rafael with Ambient Edge was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He explained the situation and required corrective actions to resolve the HVAC issues. Rafael has responded as our technician for service or repairs 3 times in the past 18 months and each time has been a top notch technician and person!

Free initial heating/ac inspection with Rafael was awesome. He took lots of time explaining everything to us and was very professional and personable. Helped set up a sales consult as well.

Our technician Riley was awesome. He communicated with me everything that was going on and what needed to be fixed and the price to complete all repairs. He was very polite and professional with his work. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed in a reasonable time frame.
