My 34 year old son and I had a great and memorable day fishing Lake Powell with Captain Bill, an extremely experienced angler and knowledgeable guide of the Lake. Captain Bill took us to many choice fishing locations on the lake. We caught approximately a dozen bass! We will certainly return and fish with The Captain!

If anyone can find the fish, it’s Captain Bill! While planning our family road trip, the one thing my teenage son really wanted to do was go fishing. I contacted Judy, who arranged a half-day fishing trip for us. The day before our trip, we spoke with Captain Bill, who walked us through all the details. We drove down to Antelope Marina and met him there. It didn’t take long to realize that Captain Bill is a true expert. Despite low water levels and chilly spring temperatures, he knew exactly where to find the fish! My husband and son caught eight fish between them. My son is still thinking about the big one that got away, but the trip was easily the highlight of our vacation. Thank you so much, Bill and Judy!

Even with the lake being over 150 feet lower than usual, it was absolutely beautiful and such a great place to fish. Bill took us all over the lake, we caught plenty of striper and smallmouth bass and learned so much about the area along the way. He made sure everyone had a great time and left with both fish and memories. I had an absolutely amazing fishing experience on Lake Powell yesterday! We caught both striper and smallmouth bass, and the action was nonstop. The lake itself is breathtaking, surrounded by towering canyon walls with painted, pristine water. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Between the incredible scenery, great company, and fantastic fishing, it was a perfect day on the water. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

My family of 4 fished with Captain Bill for a good half day trip. It was awesome, we always had action, caught 7 striper and small mouth and brought some home for a fish fry. It was early-mid June so I think the busy time had passed but we would not have known it. We trolled for a few hours and then on the way in Bill stopped at a spot and we cast and reeled for a good 40 minutes and we caught 5-6 more with plenty of other action. Did not take any home but it was a fun way to round out the day. Bill and his wife Judy are awesome and he was really good with my boys (11 & 13). I felt like Bill was our friend by the end. Highly recommend him. We will definitely be back.

Above and Beyond! My husband and I had a blast with Captain Bill! We caught plenty of small mouth and striped for dinner! (& plenty more). Captain Bill was ready to go even though we were a half hour early at the dock. He put us on fish within the hour and the action didn't stop until we decided to do some trolling and sight seeing up to the dam. Overall the three of us caught well over 30 fish each (catch and release) which kept the captain constantly on the move which he didn't mind at all. Captain Bill is very knowledgeable about the areas fishing spots and the fish we were catching (Striper) in general. His wife Judy is very good to work with also in the planning of our trip. Even though there are no sure bets of catching fish on any given day, your best chance would be with Capt. Bill. Tom, Jim and the other Jim.
