The CEO, Mr. Dipak, reflected our specific itinerary and requirements perfectly. Even with last-minute minor changes, he handled everything with a gracious, customer-first attitude.
2. Outstanding Crisis Management
On our arrival day, our flight from Hong Kong was diverted due to bad weather in Kathmandu, resulting in a 6-hour delay. Despite this, Dipak-san was there at the airport to welcome us. This level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.
3. Excellence in Guiding: Shailendra (Sai-san)
Our guide, Shailendra, was phenomenal. Although it was a challenging 6-day itinerary for the Annapurna Circuit, he managed everything flawlessly.
• Hassle-free Logistics: He negotiated the best possible rooms at teahouses for all 7 nights. We never had to worry about a single detail.
• Health & Safety: When my wife showed symptoms of Altitude Sickness twice during the trek, Shailendra’s judgment was calm and precise. He monitored her SpO2 daily and, from Day 4, even carried her backpack to support her, walking right behind her to ensure her safety.
4. Heartfelt Service (My Wife’s Comments)
My wife was deeply moved by his support: "Sai-san’s advice on acclimatization was spot-on. He constantly reminded me to stay hydrated and monitored my sleep and appetite. When I felt sick, he immediately proposed a flexible plan for the next day. He was always positive, clean, and professional. Even with money, he was incredibly honest and meticulous with change."
5. Supportive Staff
Our porter, Dip, was also a wonderful young man. Carrying 20kg while maintaining a bright and encouraging smile really helped us keep going.

My helicopter tour to Everest was organized by Dipak and it was absolutely breathtaking. He made sure we understood the schedule and weather conditions before flying. The pilot was skilled and the views were unreal. This is the best way to see Everest without trekking.

Adventure White Mountain delivered an absolutely incredible experience on our ABC trek—truly a 5-star journey from start to finish. Dipak the boss is a amazing person you can trust. Dipak went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He patiently handled our countless questions and requests, he even assisted with money exchange. His kindness and professionalism made us feel completely at ease. He is there at airport to meet us on the day we arrive at Kathmandu. On my last day in Kathmandu, he even sacrifice his Sunday family time to send me to airport. Our guide, Shambhu, was nothing short of amazing. Even after long hour hikes in the snow, he remained energetic, cheerful, and supportive. He carry fruits and cookies in his beg for us so we have fresh fruits everyday. He watch us out and helping us across rushing waterfalls, he consistently went the extra mile to keep us safe and comfortable. He even offer to help me to carry my bag when he see me exhausted during the trek. A huge thank you as well to our porters, Dipu and Dilis. Carrying heavy loads along the same challenging route is already impressive, but they didn’t stop there—they carefully protected our bags from the rain and even kept an eye on 3 of us. Their dedication and care did not go unnoticed. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our dream trek a reality. Dipak, Shambhu, and our two porters have made this trip enjoyable and memorable. Very thankful for them as even my 59 year old dad can finish the trek to ABC safely 🙏🏻 They always go above and beyond from arranging transport all the way to doing what they can to get us the nicer rooms in the tea huts 😉 shared so much laughter with them while also learning heaps. We did a short Poon Hill trek with Anish and it was perfect for our limited time. He managed the schedule efficiently and ensured we caught the sunrise at the viewpoint. The trek was easy yet full of beautiful landscapes. Adventure White Mountain is ideal for both beginners and experienced trekkers.
