I can’t say enough good things about 614 Exteriors! From start to finish, they made what could have been an extremely stressful insurance claim process feel manageable and reassuring.
I had several issues with my insurance company throughout the process, and there were times when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Dakota was incredible throughout it all. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. He helped ease my concerns and made sure I never felt like I was going through the process alone. Even Keith, the owner, personally reached out to check on me and make sure everything was being handled properly.
Once the claim was approved, 614 Exteriors guided me through every step. Their workmanship and the quality of their materials are outstanding. During the installation, they discovered additional issues that needed to be addressed to make sure my home would be properly protected for years to come. Dakota documented everything in incredible detail, and because of his efforts, additional necessary work was added to my insurance claim and ultimately covered. Disappointed by Unresolved Work and Lack of Follow-Up
I hired 614 Exteriors to replace fascia board, replace the roof, and install new gutters on a duplex that I own but do not live in.
When I inspected the completed work, I found that in two separate areas the gutters were not properly sloped toward the downspouts, causing a significant amount of water to remain standing in the gutters. I notified 614 Exteriors of the problem, and they told me they would send someone out to correct it.
After more than two months and several follow-ups, I was finally notified that the gutter repairs had been completed. When I inspected the work, however, I discovered that only one of the two problem areas had been addressed. The other area still has the original issue.
Since then, I have attempted to contact 614 Exteriors by text, email, and phone to have the remaining issue corrected, but I have not received a response.
There were other issues with timing, coordination, and workmanship during the project, but we were able to work through those. What is most disappointing is that I have given 614 Exteriors multiple opportunities to address this remaining problem, and they are no longer responding.
I expected the company to stand behind its work and correct the problem. Unfortunately, based on my experience to date, that has not happened.

Todd and the team at 614 Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing the roofs on our house and detached garage after storm wind damage, and they also took care of the rotted fascia boards.
Communication was excellent, Todd was professional and honest with the estimate, and they fairly adjusted the scope to what we actually needed while providing thorough insurance documentation.
The crew was incredibly fast and clean. Both roofs finished in about 4 hours with zero mess left behind. The workmanship is top-notch.

Sean was responsive, professional and worked with us through the claims process communicating the entire time. When we first got quotes for the job Sean was one of the only contractors that showed up when he said he'd be there, offered to put a temporary fix in place to avoid more damage to the house during his first visit. 614 Exteriors did a great job with my roof. Mark stopped one day to let me know a shingle had detached in a prior storm and we set up an appointment to get an estimate after that. He is very personable and knowledgable. After submitting a claim to my insurance, a check was sent to me for a low amount and Mark looked at the adjusterrs papaerworl and found incorrect dimensions in his report. After discussing with the adjuster, a second check was sent and 614 Exteriors put me on the schedule. It ended up being around a month before they did the work but we were not in a hurry (no leaks or anything). Their crew was delayed on a prior job and rescheduled us for a sunday. 6 guys came at 7:30am and had the old roof off and the new one installed before 3:00pm that same day! They cleaned up and left and you couldnt even tell they were there. I highly recommend 614 Exteriors for your roof.
