They listened to my concern and came up with a layered approach to the problem that respected my time and money. A woman owning a used vehicle that is full of fear that I will be taken advantage of in the maintenance of my car. It has been such a big relief to find honest and quick folks at TF Automotive. A "Thank You" doesn't cover it. I brought my car in at first because Jodi was so nice and knowledgeable on the phone. I've stayed because all repairs have been fair and effective! Keep up the good work.

When I couldn't get help from the local Ford dealer, the people at TF Automotive worked with me to evaluate and fix the car I had just bought. They did a great job, did it quickly and considering the amount of work involved (pulled the engine) they did it for a reasonable cost. What I appreciated was the mechanic knew how to approach the issue and was willing to talk with me about the fix and why it was necessary.

These people are very rude , they put a bad part in my car , made me pay for labor and when the part went out , they said they will replace it but I have to pay their outrageous labor cost again , would not recommend, it was actually much cheaper to buy another starter and have a mobile mechanic put it in for me , the receptionist is not always a nice lady and this place is good at blaming their mistakes on other things , bad business , I should not have been required to pay labor a second time

Go here!! I was driving through multiple States and sensed I had a critical problem with the way my truck was handling. Made it just an hour before they closed. Jodi at the front desk was so friendly and the Earl, the owner even dropped me off at the hotel I got for the night. They picked me up first thing the next morning, and got me back on the road. Simply the easiest mechanic experience I've had, even with the added stress of being 10 hours from home. Thank you guys.
