The Williams Lift Company installed a rental electric chair lift in my home to accommodate my wife with cancer (after she passed, the chair lift was removed). Throughout the entire process, Williams' staff were professional, efficient, courteous, and helpful. The fees involved were reasonable; Williams also made it easy to legally avoid the standard NJ sales tax. This company is recommended.

Excellent Service We had a great experience with the chair lift installation. Dan, our installer did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we understood how to use it safely and properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. We truly appreciate the quality of his work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a chair lift installed!

I rented the chair lift for 3 months and both my parents and in-laws frequently used it. They felt safe riding it and it gave them a sense of independence. It gave me peace of mind so I did not worry about anyone slipping and falling down the stairs. The person who installed was so courteous and patient with all of my questions. I would recommend this company. I shopped around and the prices were reasonable.

We needed a medical grade recliner for my husband healing from surgery. Laura and the entire staff at Wiiliams Lift were great. We returned it one day in April and the next day needed it back. The delivery/pick up staff were great as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Words cannot express my thanks to Laura and the entire staff at Williams Lift. With cervical surgery a few days away I was advised to rent a recliner for back support and comfort. I hit the jackpot with Williams. I apologize for not knowing everyone’s name, but in my experience, Williams has the best staff. Not only in the office, but on the phone and on the truck. Every detail of my order, including delivery, pickup to relocate the chair to another location and final pick up were flawless. I appreciated the seamless process and great product. Laura couldn’t have been more helpful when selecting and delivering same day a lift chair for my 94 yr old mom. She saved our day because we had purchased a chair from a furniture store and mom was not comfortable on it. One call and we told her our needs and she was able to accommodate and help us find exactly what we needed. She saved the day . I rate this store with 100 points and will recommend it to anyone anytime anywhere who has limited mobility needs.

We needed to rent a StairChairLift for my 97 year old mother, who is visiting for 3 months, to assist in her negotiating the stairs after a fall. Williams Lift Co came out on Thursday and the lift was installed on Friday. Dan "the Man" who came to install, was pleasant, professional, and even used a wee vacuum to clean up. All in all a fantastic experience in a rather urgent situation. We would highly recommend Williams Lift Company

I was referred to Williams Lift Company by a friend, and I’m so glad I reached out. From the very first call, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. They scheduled their estimator, Scott, to come out within a couple of days. Scott was punctual, friendly, and provided a fair, no-pressure price. They were able to install the chairlift just two days later. Our installer, Dan, was exceptional—punctual, extremely neat, efficient, and incredibly personable and compassionate. He took his time explaining how everything worked, made sure we were completely comfortable using it before he left, and provided all the documentation in a very thorough and organized way. He even cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know he had been here. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and stress-free. No pushy sales tactics—just honest, quality service. I highly recommend Williams Lift Company!
