My ONLY regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. It was far removed from people and that’s exactly what I wanted. I might try to time my next stay when it’s not so toasty outside. With the nature of the dome, it got a little warm inside during the day. But the night was perfect with a great view of the stars. I really really enjoyed the creek too. I spent some time laying in it and let it wash away the stress of life. The biggest most impactful part to me is that it was completely secluded from other people. That’s exactly what I was looking for.

The NovaDome at Wild Woods was a great glamping experience. Because of the private setting deep in the woods, host drove us there and picked us up with our stuff at the end of out stay in a side by side, which was a huge help. Unlike most unique properties on ABnB, this one truly is private and is not smushed into an ABnB farm where all of the domes/tents/etc are on top of each other but pics make them feel private. It was extremely helpful that host provided everything needed to cook in this rustic experience, including olive oil, salt/pepper, aluminum foil, paper towel, full grill tool set as well as all dishes, etc.. The dome will get hot during the day, but cools off well at night. Host provides fans and power unit to cool it off. Propane heat for when it gets cold is also provided. Extremely friendly and accommodative host, communicates well. This is a rustic glamping experience, but one that can be truly enjoyed.

This was the perfect weekend getaway - we would love to stay again! Being able to get away from the world for a bit while still having all of the amenities (hot showers, coffee, even a flame pit for grilling or marshmallows) right there was incredible. Thanks for having us!

Susan was the sweetest host who gave clear instructions to the property. This was the most unplugged place with a breathtaking view of the stars at night! We also got free eggs from her farm for breakfast! Because it was summer it was a but hot, but the solar powered fans worked. We had a reflective fun anniversary.

Our family spent a weekend at Wild Woods and I can’t emphasize enough how refreshed and rejuvenated I was after. It’s an amazing and beautiful property. The kids had so much fun playing in the clear and clean creek and open field. The kids can’t wait to go back!

Sue and her family were some of the nicest hosts we have ever met ! They were so welcoming and being on the property was truly inspirational. We stayed at the Orion dome for 4 days and wish that we could have extended our stay. The property was extremely private and peaceful and we enjoyed being out in nature , walking around the land, and just taking our time . Otter Beach, which is part of the creek that runs through the property, is such a gem. We enjoyed sitting out in the creek to cool off and taking naps in the creekside lounge chairs . We got the opportunity to spend some alone time with our thoughts and unplug from the hustle and bustle of everyday life . We would highly recommend this stay to anybody and we would love to come back !
We spent our honeymoon here, out in the Tennessee mountains, about as far into the woods as two people can get. Our version of a honeymoon was getting away from the world for a few days and focusing on each other. Wildwoods delivered.
The silence is what I still think about. First night, I woke up around 2am and heard absolutely nothing. No hum, no traffic, no trains, no AC kicking on. I gasped, and then realized I'd been holding my breath waiting on a sound that was never coming.
You don't know how loud your regular life is until somebody shuts it off.
Sue is a big part of why it worked. Being that deep in the woods can get overwhelming, but we felt safe the entire time. She was always a text or a phone call away and checked in at exactly the right moments. Fantastic host.
The amenities surprised us. That shower alone is worth the drive. And the land up there is basically untouched because of how secluded it is, so you end up standing face to face with nature. Beautiful thing to see that close.
We already decided we're coming back in the next year or two. Unplugging that completely resets something in your head.

It was an absolute delight to host you and to see all the noise of normal life roll right off your shoulders for a while. You were courageous to step out of your comfort zone and into the wild - and you wear that wildness well! Can't wait for you to come back someday.
Our stay at this beautiful woods retreat was exactly what my husband and I needed. As entrepreneurs, we went straight back to work the week after our wedding and spent the next two months working nonstop. We knew we needed time to step away, rest, reconnect with each other, and reconnect with nature.
We took a road trip from Dallas to Tennessee, and this retreat ended up being the perfect honeymoon for us. Sue and Spook were so welcoming, and Sue made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space itself was unique, comfortable, incredibly clean, and stocked with all the essentials.
We especially loved the outdoor shower. It had HOT water and was such a fun experience! The trails were beautiful, and we loved the thoughtfully placed handmade benches throughout the woods, perfect for sitting quietly and taking in the beauty around you.
This was truly the peaceful reset we needed. We left feeling rested, reconnected, and grateful for the time we had together. We would absolutely recommend this retreat to entrepreneurs, newlyweds, couples, and even as a solo trip. We will return!

My husband and I were just looking for a quiet place to unplug and get a restful nights sleep after an extremely busy, and an emotionally draining weekend. We decided to check out some places on Airbnb and we saw this one, and it sounded so perfect for what we were needing! So if you are looking to disconnect from this busy World, this is it, my most Favorite part was taking a hot relaxing shower outside in the woods, it was simply Amazing! Susan and her family are sweet, kind, and very accommodating hosts, they will make you feel very welcomed! 🥰♥️
