100% recommend Good experience, helpful delivery drivers and sam, little disappointed as my delivery was 10pm on Monday but was cancelled and moved to following day but once arrived the guys were really helpful and allowed me to phone them day after with a question I had 100% recommend great hot tub for great price

Excellent service start to finish I recently purchased a Titan Eclipse-800 hot tub from Wild Water Spas and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my first inquiry, Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful. I had concerns about access through a narrow gate, and rather than just giving me a hard “no,” Sam worked with me to understand the measurements and explore solutions. Throughout the process, he was patient with my questions and proactive about keeping me informed—even reminding me about deals ending and helping me secure the best price. The pre-delivery planning was thorough. Sam requested videos of the delivery route to ensure everything would go smoothly, which showed great attention to detail. On delivery day, communication was clear with payment instructions and a reliable ETA. The installation team arrived on time, and Jamie (the installer) took time to share helpful maintenance tips. What really impressed me was the after-sales support. When I asked about chemical maintenance schedules, Sam promptly sent over a comprehensive guide with all the essential information clearly laid out. The whole experience felt professional yet personal. Sam and the team genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. I can not praise Sam enough, I really appreciated his help and guidance. Because of a few issues, mostly because of the traffic conditions, I have not yet been able to try it out, also thanks to Octopus Energy who's Customer Service team, tells me that it will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, but I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. If you buy from these people, ask for Sam, he's fantastic.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! Absolutely useless company if you purchase used units from them. Mine came and took close to 6 months and several 'engineer' visits and they still couldn't get it working. In the end hired a local company to resolve and provide an inspection report and was fixed straight away diagnosing several installation issues. Utterly crap customer service.

Misled on 13amp Hot Tub Functionality – Disappointing Customer Service I purchased a preloved Refresh hot tub from Wild Water Spas after confirming with them that it was suitable for a 13amp plug-and-play setup. I made it clear in writing that I needed a 13amp-compatible tub due to the high cost and difficulty of installing a 32amp supply. They confirmed the model was compatible, but failed to disclose a key limitation: in 13amp mode, the jets and heater cannot run at the same time. This is only mentioned on a hidden FAQ page, not in the product listing or in their pre-sale replies — despite me directly raising the 13amp requirement. After delivery, I discovered this limitation and raised it with the company, requesting a return and refund. They refused, claiming the issue was with my electrical supply — not acknowledging that their lack of disclosure directly led to the problem. They have since refused to accept return of the product or fully resolve the matter. I have now reported them to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards and am preparing a Small Claims Court case. I would caution any customer to get everything in writing and insist on full technical details before purchasing. My experience has been extremely disappointing — what should have been a stress-relieving purchase has been the opposite.

While we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, we must be clear: Wild Water Spas has not made any error in the supply, description, or communication regarding your hot tub.

The Refresh model you purchased is fitted with a Balboa control system that supports both 13 AMP (plug-and-play) and 32 AMP configurations. This was confirmed prior to purchase and is accurate. The fact that, in 13 AMP mode, the jets and heater cannot run simultaneously is a standard and well-known limitation of all 13 AMP hot tubs — not a fault, and not a defect.

This limitation is a technical constraint of lower power supply and is consistent across the entire industry. It is not specific to this model, nor something that has been hidden or misrepresented. The product is fully compatible with 13 AMP use, exactly as stated.

You opted for a cheaper drop-off only service, meaning the hot tub was supplied ready for installation and final setup by your own electrician. Configuration (via internal dip switch settings) is part of the installation process. If our installation service had been chosen, we would have handled this setup for you.

To summarise for clarity — and for other customers reading:

> The hot tub is exactly as described: 13 AMP compatible and fully functional.

> There has been no fault, no misrepresentation, and no breach of contract.

> The responsibility for final configuration lies with the electrician carrying out the installation.

> We remain happy to provide general technical guidance, as we have already offered.

While we regret that this purchase hasn’t met your personal expectations, we are confident that we have provided the correct product, accurately described, and in good working order.

We always encourage prospective customers to ask any technical questions prior to purchase, and we're committed to giving clear, honest answers, just as we did in this case.

5* Service all round, Thank you for a fantastic experience Just wow !! Dont delay, purchase today! Sam at Wild Water Spas was fantastic! He was quick to respond to my first message although it was on a Saturday! He remained consistent throughout our conversation and within the hour I was placing my order. Sam was friendly and professional on the phone. He checked in regarding things a few days before the hot tub was due to be delivered and remained his usual friendly self! Qasim and Kyt delivered my hot tub and again I received a fantastic service! They were both friendly and polite even though it was late evening (20:45) and they had been on the road since 9am, they powered through, explained everything to me and made sure everything was perfect (i.e. ensuring the cover lifter was straight and ensuring the hot tub was positioned just right, nothing was too much to ask and they always checked I was happy with everything) they remained bubbly throughout the whole experience .. even after leaving I had some questions and they responded via text quickly I am thrilled with the whole service and highly recommend this company Thank you so much to everyone involved and making this such a pleasant experience

Great service love my hot tub Very helpful and knowledgeable. Allowed me to stalled delivery for when my garden was all finshed. Delivery guys were on time and moved tub when I decided I wanted it turning round.
