5* Customer Service from Qasim and Kyt, Thank you for a fantastic delivery service Just wow! Qasim and Kyt amazing guys delivering a 5* service! I received a phonecall from them to say they were 20 minutes away and upon arrival Qasim and Kyt were friendly, polite and got straight to work! My delivery was 20:45 and although it was late and they had been on the road since 9am they still presented happy, friendly and took their time to deliver an amazing service They brought the hot tub in and repositioned it until I was happy, nothing was too much to ask. They offered me some advice on the positioning of the hot tub explaining to me the different view depending on which way I had it (i.e. if i had the front panel facing outwards the loungers would have been facing the wall) something I wouldn't have noticed if they weren't there to advise me so am very grateful for this. They gave me time to make sure I was happy with the positioning and nothing was rushed or to much to ask When putting the cover lifter on they showed me the positioning and made sure I was happy Everything they done they ensured I was fully happy Everything was explained clearly to me in regards to caring for the hot tub and resent to me via text. Qasim and Kyt reassured me if I had any questions they would be available up until midnight and when I reached out to them shortly after leaving they were quick to respond Qasim and Kyt maintained friendly, polite and professional throughout their time with me and I couldnt have asked for a better delivery team! I would definitely say they are the best team that have ever delivered anything to me and I am so grateful for their kindness and support Aswell as providing excellent customer service they tidied up along the way and ensured everything was clean, tidy and in place before leaving Thank you both for making my experience so pleasant

He was quick to respond to my first message although it was on a Saturday! He remained consistent throughout our conversation and within the hour I was placing my order. Sam was friendly and professional on the phone. He checked in regarding things a few days before the hot tub was due to be delivered and remained his usual friendly self! Qasim and Kyt delivered my hot tub and again I received a fantastic service! They were both friendly and polite even though it was late evening (20:45) and they had been on the road since 9am, they powered through, explained everything to me and made sure everything was perfect (i.e. ensuring the cover lifter was straight and ensuring the hot tub was positioned just right, nothing was too much to ask and they always checked I was happy with everything) they remained bubbly throughout the whole experience .. even after leaving I had some questions and they responded via text quickly I am thrilled with the whole service and highly recommend this company Thank you so much to everyone involved and making this such a pleasant experience
