As a license holder for a roofing company here in Vegas for the last 22 years, I just can’t brag about these guys enough. Starting a larger building tomorrow and 2 boxes were ordered. The building is 225’ wide and therefore wanted boxes at both sides of one building. Now remember, I used to have to deal with Silver State Disposal box delivery and 7 out of 10 times the box was placed in the wrong location. I literally had a steel front metal bumper installed so I could just move the boxes on my own to where they were needed. No kidding. Anyways, show up to job about 30 min. after they placed the 2 dump boxes and both are not were we need them. I had spoken with the drivers via cell phone but this stuff is confusing over the phone and so I get it, the effort was 100%. So I call the main office and within 5 minutes I was promised a driver would be back out to replace the boxes at no charge as usually a fee of about $167. - $179. To move the same box to a different location (which is also a great option when your same box is not full, you can finish filling it at another job!). I made sure to have the driver call me 30 minutes before arrival so I could help to out the boxes in the correct place. Within the hour I received the call from the driver, met back at the job site and got the boxes where we needed them. The best thing about all this wasn’t even the box placement for me. It was everyone’s attitude!!! Listen I deal with mean people everywhere here in this town. So much so that, you have to be careful of how you look at someone either in a vehicle or in person as Vegas has transformed into a version of LA. (Nothing against LA, you know what I mean here). Everybody was SO kind. It’s a sincere kind not “oh I have to be nice kind”. They leave me feeling so thankful. They make me wonder how they do it. I’m sure it’s not always rose petals and ice cream but wow, every time I’ve had to deal with them it’s ice cream all the way!
Las Vegas could learn a lot from these guys. Keep it up Western Elite. I’m sincerely grateful for your service to our valley.
As always, for over a decade, I have had great experience with Western Elite. They are simply the best in town.
