Nails making everyone get flat tires
Everytime I visit this facility to dump my trash from my trailer, my tires from both, my truck and trailer get full of nails. This causes them to get badly damaged and I have to spend time and resources to get it fixed. Even the workers are aware of the issue, yet they choose to not take proper measures to get that issue fixed.

I contacted Western Elite and one of the owners Jeff responded back. We spoke of what could have been done better, changing policies and more. I was very pleased that he offered another dumpster to the elderly gentleman at no cost. He apologized and wanted to make it right. That’s more than most would’ve done. I can say for sure that he is willing to listen to the community and make changes when needed.
This is the most dishonest company I’ve dealt with in a while. I ordered a 30 ft and they had the elderly gentleman pay in cash argued with him over $13.70 for the dumpster. I came over to help out and immediately noticed it wasn’t a 30 ft as I have had many of them over the years. He was so upset that he couldn’t put everything needed of disposal into it. He is 70 with cancer and has to sell his home, his wife passed and he was so sad over everything. To think they called me to pay the $13.70 as he didn’t have it. I had told him $540.00 but upon arrival of delivery he demanded $553.70 and to short him 10 ft plus is was the shortest dumpster I’ve seen. I’m 5’3 and I could almost look over the top. This is morally wrong and this company isn’t honest! To take advantage of a senior in his position is deplorable. I will make sure I report them and tell EVERYONE to use anyone other than this company. BBB as well as council if needed. Imagine leaving your only home of 30+ years alone with health issues to only spend the little money you have to be deceived. Shame on YOU!

I use this satellite dump station all the time. Price just jumped from $50 to $60+ gas charge up to a ton. It's still my favorite place to go.
FYI. The charge for TV's, paint, tires are not worth it.
I went today and had 2 yards of trash and they tried to over charged me $200 with no explanation and i went to republic service and only paid $80 dont waist your time and money.
Western Elite has the most polite and pleasant staff.
I genuinely look forward to calling these folks to call for a dumpster swap in the morning.

I was in charge of the dumpster exchanges at my place of work, SW Geotechnical. Any time I called to schedule the customer service reps were incredibly helpful, kind and quick. They make the process seamless and enjoyable. Their dumpsters are reliable and in good shape
