Company with changing dynamics Pros:- Depends on the teams you're working with. With certain teams the learning opportunities are too good! Cons:- Not the same company anymore. Its what they call a spin up. Getting lean again and most of the talent is now hired from the emerging markets instead of the developed markets. - Quality is going slightly down. - No work life balance. - Ever changing priorities.
