great villa, great location and very nice host. we loved this property so much, you really didn't need to go anywhere since everything you needed was there. I suggest it to everyone.

The property has some lovely features, including comfortable rooms, beautiful mountain views, a well-equipped kitchen and a swing that was a great addition for the children.
However, the photos in the listing were unclear and confusing. Different rooms appeared to be shown across what looked like different villas, making it difficult to know exactly which rooms and layout belonged to the property we had booked. The accommodation was therefore not as clear from the listing as we would have expected.
There were also several maintenance issues during our stay. In the first room on the right as you come down to the ground floor, we noticed small pools of water just inside the entrance to the room. We were unable to establish where the water was coming from, and it did not appear to be connected to using the shower or en-suite. This is something that should be investigated.
There were broken tiles/edges in the pool, and we also found a lot of ants in the first-floor bathroom. The foosball table was slightly broken, with some parts not working properly.
Our arrival was disappointing, as we did not receive the access code by the 4pm check-in time and had to call to chase it up. We were then told that the property was still being cleaned and was not ready.
During our stay, I called to ask about the pool filter and was told that they decide when to turn it on. Unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and ended the call before the issue was properly addressed.

We would like to clarify a few points. Our property has six villas in total, with two villas of each of our three villa types. The hotel listing presents the three types together, which is why photographs from different villas appear in the generic gallery. We have double-checked and verified that the villa-type specific photographs and descriptions for each villa type are correct.
The access codes were not sent automatically at 4:00 p.m. because the required security deposit, which is a condition of accessing the villa, had not yet been provided despite several reminders. On the day of your arrival, there was an unforeseen electricity outage on the street that delayed our cleaning schedule by approximately 20 minutes. This did not affect your stay, as you indicated on your call that you would arrive after 5:00 p.m.
Regarding the maintenance points, we did not find any water on the floor. We have nevertheless noted your observation and will continue to monitor it. Ants do appear in warm climates, especially during the summer. Our cleaning team washes and treats the floors with insecticide and can address any issues whenever notified. Cleaning products and insect spray are also provided in each kitchen. Pool tiles can occasionally become loose and are repaired within 24 hours once reported to our team. The foosball table is very popular and receives heavy use; we replace the tables with new ones every two to three months.
Regarding the pool filter: our saltwater pools run on automated filtration cycles throughout the day to maintain water quality and generate chlorine. The system was functioning normally, and there was no issue requiring any attention or intervention. For non-urgent questions, we encourage guests to use the message center where we have a team of people to respond, as the emergency phone is reserved strictly for urgent issues.

☺Großzügig & Moderne Ausstattung: Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz, ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und lässt bei der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen.
Traumhafter Ausblick: Die Dachterrasse ganz oben ist ein absolutes Highlight – der Panoramablick über die Stadt und das Meer ist einfach unbezahlbar.
Paradies für Kinder: Das riesige Spielzimmer war der volle Erfolg. Es ist fantastisch ausgestattet und hat unseren Kindern unzählige Stunden Spaß beschert.
☹Fehlender Schatten am Nachmittag: Im Außenbereich gibt es nachmittags leider kaum Schattenplätze, was bei der Sonne recht schade war.
Minderwertige Liegestühle: Die unterschiedlichen und etwas billig wirkenden Sonnenliegen passen nicht ganz zum sonst so hochwertigen Gesamteindruck und mindern das Flair.
Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft: Der Boden war beim Check-in leider nicht gründlich gereinigt.
Kein persönlicher Empfang: Es war niemand vor Ort, um uns die Villa zu zeigen oder wichtige Dinge zu erklären.

Beautiful, modern villa with a nice pool, great amenities, and a relaxing location. It is a bit far from everything, so you’ll definitely need a car. The AC could have worked better, as it got quite warm at times. We also noticed our power socket and Apple chargers were missing after the cleaners came in. The charger was returned, but not the socket. I’d recommend hosts make sure guests’ belongings are left untouched.

Thank you for your positive comments about the villa, pool and amenities. Regarding the location, the villa is situated in a pine forest overlooking Málaga Bay, approximately a five-minute taxi ride from the nearest bars, restaurants and shops, and around ten minutes from Málaga’s historic city centre. A car is convenient but not essential.Regarding the air conditioning, it was switched on before arrival, and guests are asked not to alter the controls. On the first day, your photographs showed that the underfloor heating had somehow been switched on, despite the instructions displayed on the wall beneath the control stating that it is intended for winter use only. We provided instructions to turn it off and remotely reset the air-conditioning system. No further complaints about the AC were received during the stay.Regarding your friend’s missing USA-to-EU plug adapter, it was not present in the villa when you checked out, so it appears to have been misplaced elsewhere. We offered a complimentary USA-to-EU adapter so you could charge your phone before your flight, but you did not respond. The Apple charger that was found was returned to you.
