I felt compelled by way of a review to highlight my most positive experience in customer service for some time & too many positives to list now but here goes … I pulled into ORS UK (Burton) on Saturday whilst looking for a unicorn ‘comfort’ work chair for a short legged fidget & I was greeted by the owner who works Saturdays alone ( so lets staff off) & as an ex Director myself I understand his companies ethos immediately & wasn’t surprised at all when I returned Mon, needing more time to see the huge stocks only to find his staff especially Kelly & her Manager who afforded me their expertise, patience & overly generous time displaying customer service levels above & beyond I receive elsewhere these days & now I have to go back again as Kellies emailed quotes are dynamic too ! I wish them many more years success , Many thanks Lee

We purchased some used commercial office furniture online and had it delivered and installed in Birmingham by ORS. The quality of the furniture was excellent and was about 60-70% less cost than buying the same QUALITY product new as well as saving a load of CO2 and helping the circular economy. Delivery team were great. We had a minor issue which was sorted promptly by Jack, Kelly and the team. Fantastic products and service to match. As a specifier/buyer of office systems furniture and storage for many years I recommend ORS 100%.

I bought this chair on Friday and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It’s incredibly comfortable and supportive, which is especially important for me as I have back problems. For the price, I really couldn’t ask for more. Although the chair is second hand, it looks and feels brand new. I also want to give a special mention to Jake at the Coventry showroom. He really knew his stuff and couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. He directed me to this chair straight away, and it was the very first one I sat in. I knew immediately it was the right one for me! Really pleased with both the chair and the service. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin Denver provided amazing customer service, sorting exactly the chair I came in for and fixing it up, even going so far as to offer us a lift home with it. The prices were very affordable and the atmosphere very welcoming, all employees were super nice. Update, Kevin also helped fit it into the boot of my car when I was struggling to, expert salesman and an expert at getting chairs in cars lol :)
