My business has a big "busy season" and there's major deadlines and stress, so if our machines aren't working properly, it has huge consequences. Our main service technician, Rudy K., is sensitive to this and has saved us during crunch time on numerous occasions by showing up quickly and getting us up and running again. Rudy stopped to drop off my toner cartridge order today, he always asks how the new machines are performing. I let him know they are working great, but I had requested to have a setting changed to alter the paper pulling options. He showed me a quick work around with settings to avoid wrong paper being pulled when a tray runs out. He made our delivery and was our technician today, greatly appreciated! He also saved a service trip for one of your team members. Thank you, Rudy!
