Read the reviews before and was mildly skeptical, they seemed a little too positive, particularly with regards Barry. However there were some questions that I needed answering during my order and Barry was more than helpful. It seems despite my skepticism the legend of Barry lives on. Thanks for the service.

Linda, as per your email - you told me you were NOT available to accept delivery and nobody would be in and after 3 attemps from the courier and lots of communication and emails between ourselves you requested the parcel to be left in a safe place which there is no guarantee due to the worth of the goods, but after 3 attemps the courier returned the goods back to our warehouse. I then emailed you to advise of the goods being returned and decided the best way forward was to cancel and refund you in full for your order as you are not available to accept the delivery. If there was a safe place im sure the courier would have left the parcel. We did everthing poissible to tryu and deliver, I really do think your review is very unfair after the long chain of emails between us.
