We appreciate the opportunity to address your review. We strive to maintain clear communication and a comfortable living environment for all our residents, so we are sorry to hear that your experience was so frustrating.

This is the only property managed that has active security cameras set up to monitor for wildlife (such as javelinas getting into the trash). The cameras were also disclosed before you signed the lease. It was unfortunate that the cameras ended up having to be used to enforce the lease agreement, which clearly states no smoking anywhere on the property. We certainly do not want to have to monitor security cameras for that type of activity, but unfortunately, when violations happen multiple times after multiple reminders of lease terms, enforcement becomes necessary. Please rest assured that no cameras were positioned or able to see inside of the unit, as tenant privacy is something we take very seriously.

Additionally, we do not have the ability to erase or edit tenant reviews on this platform. We value honest feedback and take all resident experiences into account.
