The gas engineer arrived early and explained the basic sequence of events, proceeded with the work and kept me appraised of when water was being shut off. When completed and tested, radiators upstairs being checked (all OK) he cleaned up then explained all the shut-offs on the boiler. Excellent. Full new combi boiler installation
