I was referred to Josh Tillery of Roofing Consultants by a neighbor who just recently had roof damage from a fallen tree. He had used this company two years ago for a roof replacement and was going to use them again to fix the damaged roof. Josh stopped by the next day to assess my roof and give me a quote for Atlas Pinnacle class 3 impact shingles. I choose Roofing Consultants after receiving several more roofing quotes. He lived near by and seem very genuine and knowledgeable. His company had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. Once the contract was signed the work started almost immediately. Willy and his crew arrived at sun up and worked most of the day in the blazing heat. They were a hard working bunch and completed the roof replacement by mid afternoon. The cleanup was great and they protected the plants surrounding the house. Jared was the point of contact during the process and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The whole process was completed with my complete satisfaction. Andrea in the office took care of filing for my warranty and filled out and sent the required paperwork to my insurance company for my discount for buying class 3 impact resistant shingles. I highly recommend Roofing Consultants.

**** My Experience with "The Roofing Consultants" **** ##### Initial Contact and Inspection I was contacted by Jared and Skye, representatives of The Roofing Consultants, who offered to inspect my aging roof for potential hail and wind damage. They were already working in my neighborhood, coordinating other roof replacement and repair projects. The inspection was provided free of charge and with no obligation. Although the estimated repair cost was well below my insurance deductible, I was impressed by Jared and Skye’s professionalism, expertise, and their low-pressure approach. They gave me ample time and space to consider my options and make an informed decision about replacing my roof. Given the roof’s age, I realized it was time to proceed with the project. The owner, Josh, prepared a competitive quote, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions, including those about attic ventilation, a topic in which he demonstrated considerable knowledge. ##### Project Scheduling and Communication After signing a contract with The Roofing Consultants, I was fortunate that they could schedule my roof replacement within a week. Jared and Skye continued to serve as site representatives, keeping me informed about material deliveries and confirming the project’s start date and time. ##### Roof Replacement Process My roof covered more than 70 squares, and Josh’s plan involved mobilizing a crew large enough to remove the old roof, install the new one, and complete a thorough cleanup—all in one day. A team of 12 arrived at first light on Thursday, removing the old roof within two hours. By noon, they were installing new shingles, and by 4:30 PM, the new roof was completed. Despite the long day, the crew remained diligent, ensuring all debris, including shingles, underlayment, and nails—was picked up and disposed of properly. ##### Quality of Work and Crew Performance Throughout the day, I observed the work in progress and was particularly impressed with Willy, the crew foreman, and the entire team’s craftsmanship and skills.
