We had a wonderful stay at this house! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were also very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others!
Best travel concierge hands down ever. They are all incredible especially Daniela. She took care of me and my friends for his 40th birthday and had all the reservations, plans and schedule to a T. She was so responsible, friendly and accommodating if we needed anything! 12 out of 10! Highly recommend Guatape and a nacional game!
Thank you so much for this amazing review, Jarrod! We’re so happy to hear you and your friends had such a memorable time celebrating this birthday in Medellín.
We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Daniela and the rest of the team. They’ll be so happy to know they helped make your experience unforgettable.
We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back soon for more great experiences, whether in Colombia or Mexico City.

An exceptional experience from beginning to end!
I had the pleasure of working with Two Travel Concierge to plan a special birthday trip to Mexico City for my sister, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience they helped create.
From the thoughtful planning and seamless coordination to the genuine care and attention given to every detail, the team went above and beyond to make the trip feel both effortless and deeply personal. Their knowledge of the city, thoughtful recommendations, and ability to curate meaningful experiences elevated the entire visit.
A special thank you to Giulia our Head Concierge who was spectacular and Pedro, our wonderful driver, who took such great care of my sister and her friends as they explored the city. Their warmth, reliability, and attentiveness made this trip to Mexico City a pleasure!
What distinguishes Two Travel Concierge is that they don’t simply arrange logistics or book experiences. They understand that travel is ultimately about the memories we create and the people we share them with. They approached this trip with that same spirit, and it showed.
My sister returned absolutely delighted, with wonderful stories and memories she’ll cherish for years. As the person who planned this surprise for her, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
I wholeheartedly recommend Two Travel Concierge to anyone looking to experience Mexico City in a way that feels authentic, thoughtful, and truly special. Thank you for helping make this birthday unforgettable!

I had a death in the family but already had a villa booked. We are a large group and they would not simply allow us to change the reservation to another persons name. As I do not want the whole group to cancel. They said we will need to cancel and we would not get a refund. They were so nonchalant about it. Even saying they already have a waitlist on the place. I would never do business with these people again.
Hi Jennifer, I believe you have the wrong company. We don't have your name on any reservation and always allow a change of name so we are not sure what you are talking about. You can contact us at reservations@two.travel if still needed

We had a fabulous time on our Mexico City trip curated by Two Travel. The guides they provided had a deep knowledge of the places and art that we saw. One was an art historian and another a biologist! Our driver was superb at handling the relentless Mexico City traffic and was helpful and prompt as well. Mexico City has wonderful culture, great art, many, many world class museums, ancient ruins and fabulous restaurants among other attributes. Two Travel was always available, day and night to help us enjoy our vacation.
Thank you so much for your kind review, Esther! It means so much to hear that you had such a wonderful time in Mexico City.
We’re especially glad you enjoyed everything and that our team could help make your trip special. It was our pleasure to help you discover the city, and we’d love to welcome you back for another adventure soon! ✨

We stayed at this villa for my bachelorette trip and we had an amazing time! It was 8 women in a 10 bedroom house so we all had more than enough room. Our hosts were amazing from beginning to end. The communication, the clarity , the flexibility in accommodating us was perfect. The location of this villa is amazing as well. We were walking distance from most of the places we visited. Breakfast was great every morning. There was a water issue our last night there, but it affected all of Cartagena and was at no fault of our guests. I will say be prepared to walk flights of stairs as the villa is 3 stories. But it was all great!
Thank you so much for your kind review, Brittany! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your group for such a special trip.
We’re so happy to hear that you had an amazing time and enjoyed the villa. Our team will be so happy to hear your kind words about the communication and care throughout your stay.
It was truly wonderful having you all with us, and we would love to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure! ✨

Two Travel was absolutely amazing at helping us plan a trip to Mexico City for a group of 10 of us. The entire weekend from groceries being ready at the BNB when we arrived to tickets for each event and coordination with the vendors, was taken care of the team. If you are going to CDMX with a large group, I highly recommend them!
Thank you so much, Adi! It means so much to hear that you felt supported every step of the way.
We love taking care of the details so our guests can simply relax, enjoy, and live the experience to the fullest. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another incredible adventure!

We used the Two Travel team for our family trip to Colombia. We visited 3 cities in 15 days and they were incredible with villa booking, services, reservations, last minute changes and everything in between! We were 15 people traveling from 4 to 74 years old so accommodating everyone’s needs wasn’t easy but having the team helping us daily was a big help! Highly recommend Ray and his team.
