I highly recommend Turbo Tim's! I recently had my front end stabilizer bar links replaced. I called that day, and they got it in the shop and repaired that very same day! They offered me a ride (Lyft) to the restaurant across the street that I had lunch at. (It was raining - why not?!) I felt absolutely no pressure in turning down another repair, as I just don't have the money for that now. (It can wait, nothing imminent.) BONUS!! THEY HAVE KITTIES!! Very friendly kitties! The staff, also, is friendly, professional and courteous.

DO NOT COME HERE. I got an inspection done after I told them what I thought the problem was (busted CV axle). They charged me $80 for an inspection and quoted me $1500 for various things in total, yet told me the CV axle was fine. Turns out, the problem was in fact the CV axle which I replaced myself for $200. They refused to give me a refund for their “professional” inspection, quoted me for everything they could, and wanted to charge near $250 an hour for labor all the while never diagnosing the problem. You’re not doctors or lawyers, get a grip.

Sad, I went to this place because it looks like such a good place, fun and the possibilities could be endless. Multiple bays and if each of the mechanics paid for the spot... Jeez love the pimp my ride ides interior Wheels speakers glass wrap engine exhaust I mean could be super super cool but, i just got ripped off and wanted a second opinion on a mechanics job they were super cool told me about thi I couldn't believe it cuz I went in there for my exhaust legitly well I got into a front crash and repaired my vehicle myself. Gave me a lift home, an estimate for $10,000 I couldn't believe it and refused to use the funds for my exhaust leaking into the car with my child and my dog because of a transmission case that I fixed I don't know what else to say but these guys are big time Crooks and there's tax dollars that are flowing in and out of there like potluck lunch everyday, nothing about the place was what it could be.. Long story short they refuse to repair and I don't have a good review but I was so excited when I first was like oh you guys are the best I can't believe how great the shop is like wow yep

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Please know that we take every customer and car very seriously and aim to provide the most comprehensive and transparent assessments to help support the safety of you and your family as well as your investment.

As you stated, this car is unsafe to drive due to the exhaust coming into the interior. Fortunately, we were able to find a subsidy to help you with that repair. However, upon inspection of the entire car, we found additional significant concerns which far exceed the value of the vehicle. We shared that it was not advised to repair the car.

As difficult as this is to hear, we want you to have the complete picture so you can make the most infomred decsion.

I am afraid that Turbo Tim’s Anything Automotive has a customer for life. Not only did the human employees make quick work of the oil change and inspection for my car, but the feline greeters in their WSP location, Devin and Dave, were friendly and welcoming. They even sat with me while I waited. I have a “crazy cat lady” sticker on my car, so obviously this is a match made in automotive heaven.

I will never use another shop, unless TTs tells me I'm better off doing so. I'm devoted and it's a healthy relationship. TTs never lies or misleads me, they give it to me straight when there's bad news, and they've got my back if I need a ride to or from the shop. (Plus, I get to pet the resident cats and admire the garage hotties.... Hehe) Five stars forever 🩷

It was very good I expected turbo chance to be let's just say a very high price to rip off joint but I've come to leave it or not they're Fair they did a good job it told me exactly what I needed to know I remember when they came to the neighborhood them and their cats and there wasn't anybody in there now it's just a buzz inside I guess I would recommend you go there cuz they're not going to fix things that a don't need it or be out of your income desires

My friend dropped off my vehicle for my 10AM appointment on 9/9. He explained to Mike that the issue is my auxiliary battery, and Mike agreed that was likely the cause. My friend was told the vehicle would be ready for pickup at 3 or 4PM. We received ZERO communication. I called three times and left a voicemail. No call back. Show up to the shop at 4:45PM to get my car before you close. Total confusion. Mike left at 3PM. Vehicle not fixed. LITERALLY NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME. People need their vehicles for work. Mike doesn't need to call me with a quote for my auxiliary battery. I will be taking my business elsewhere and informing my friends and family to do the same. Maybe focus more on customer service and less on your cats

I needed major work done on a car that had been sitting for awhile and Turbo Tim’s was recommended. Alex was especially helpful and answered all my questions! He even looked for a used side mirror that was broken at a reasonable price. It looks brand new! I appreciated them saying I didn’t need a few repairs I thought I would have to do due to the car sitting for awhile. I’m planning on using Turbo Tim’s again!
