Yesterday I had first time colonoscopy done with this team. They were outstanding! I am very picky and cautious nowadays of doctors and such but this Team here are fantastic! I was very nervous and my anxiety was going through the roof! In fact I had to delay the procedure but they stuck by me before, during and after all was done. I want to thank all the staff, front desk ladies, Maria , Selena, and the young gentleman assisting, (sorry forgot his name), also Christine (?) who assisted me in recovery and the other young lady who assisted me after the procedure, and of course, Dr. Peysin and Dr. M.! I know for many this is routine procedure but not for me and they all understood that. Thank you again and Yes I do highly recommend! Blessings.

I feared going to a GI due to an experience with a previous doctor elsewhere. The staff here was very understanding and comforting. Dr. Prateek is my new go to, he is GREAT!

Best Gi doctors I have ever had , very caring and understanding and actually tries to get to the bottom of the issues and not just mask it with medications .

Had a colonoscopy today and honestly the worst part was the prep the day before. My attending physician was Konstantin Peysin, DO. He and his team were awesome. I felt comfort the entire time. From the front desk to the anaesthesiologist and the recovery nurse (who had a great sense of humor) I felt taken care of. Dr. Peysin met with me and afterwards and we discussed his findings. I give them all a 10/10. If you need a colonoscopy I highly recommend.

I had three visits in this office and I have no complaints. It was my first time getting a procedure done where I had to be put to sleep and Ana (Receptionist) made me feel so comfortable. Her bubbly attitude and her care to patients really makes a difference when you walk in! Shes so welcoming. The doctor was amazing as well, explaining everything that was going to be done and everything that was seen and done after my procedure. I also want to thank Christine (MA) for being such a sweet loving soul with me! She really gave me mom vibes! Thank you everyone that took the time and care with you! Anyone reading this review you wont be disappointed choosing triborough GI as your specialty. : )

Wasted a few weeks waiting for the appointment just to be told at the visit that they do not even do 24-hour PH basic gastro test even though a secretary said they do when I was making an appointment. Don't waste your time going there if they can't even do basic gastro diagnostic tests like this.
