Fantastic show by three talented musicians. The venue is intimate and clean. The performers gave us a very warm welcome and it was nice talking to them before & after the show. it’s obvious they are very passionate about their performance and for Fado itself. Strongly recommend this show!!

INTIMATE VENUE + GIFTED MUSICIANS = SPECTACULAR FADO CONCERT!!!!!
You cannot leave Portugal without experiencing Fado! Whether it is your first or 50th visit you have to make your way to Fado do 31. We did not know what to expect when our concierge encouraged us to go to this particular venue to experience true Fado. As they only seat about 28-30 it is best to make a reservation if you can. You walk into the venue and feel like you are at a small private club. Fado is sung without amplification and the acoustics in this space were incredible. They intersperse the performance with a lecture about what is Fado, what is its cultural significance and also a little about the most famous Fado singer Amalia. Our group was BLOWN AWAY by the performance of the 3 musicians, especially Maria the 20-year-old female Fado singer---hard to believe she is only 20 with that voice and maturity of performance. DO NOT leave Lisbon without going to Fado do 31!!!!

Wir waren gerade im Fado do 31. Ich selbst bin mit gemischten Gefühlen hingegangen und musste mit, lach. Was die 3 dann aber an Musik und Gesang gebracht haben, hat mich wirklich sehr angenehm überrascht. Obwohl ich sonst eher auf härtere Musik höre, kann ich Jedem nur empfehlen, sich die Show anzuschauen.

On vacation at Lisboa with my wife and friends and told them we need to experience Fado. Felipe and his excellent wonderful Fado singers were very accommodating in the first place, the place made you feel like you are at home and the Fado choices were GREAT! I would highly recommend experiencing Fado at this place if you are in Lisboa! Muito obrigado again for the wonderful experience Felipe and crew! So glad we did it.
