We are deeply sorry and genuinely surprised to read your review. The experience you describe is completely contrary to the values that have defined our tablao for generations and to the way we welcome every guest who visits us.

As a family-owned business with more than 55 years of welcoming guests, we have had the privilege of receiving visitors from every corner of the world. Diversity has always been part of who we are. Our team is made up of people from five different countries and a variety of cultural backgrounds, and many of our artists come from traditional Gitano flamenco families. Respect, hospitality, and making everyone feel welcome have always been at the heart of what we do. This is the first review of this nature that we have ever received, so we are taking your comments extremely seriously and are determined to understand and investigate exactly what happened. We are absolutely certain there has been a misunderstanding, but to be able to speak with the team and provide any additional training that may be necessary, we would greatly appreciate some more information.
