Unforgettable Northern Lights Experience!
We were so lucky and thrilled to have had such a successful Northern Lights tour! Seeing the aurora was a dream come true. A big thank you to our guide, Rasmus, who was super friendly, kind, and extremely punctual with the pickup service. Everything went so smoothly! We also want to give a special shoutout to the photographers—they took so many exceptional and stunning photos for us, capturing memories that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to chase the Northern Lights!

We got very lucky when we booked this activity back in February and enjoyed excellent conditions to view the aurora borealis. The sky was clear, providing a great opportunity to witness the northern lights comfortably. It was a pleasant experience and a nice addition to our winter itinerary.
Contratamos dos actividades de tour de auroras boreales en Laponia finlandesa y no recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto.
La primera actividad la pagamos el 6 de marzo para realizarla el día 13, pero fue cancelada. La segunda era para el día 14 y también se canceló. No realizamos ninguna de las dos actividades. De la segunda sí hemos recibido el reembolso, pero de la primera seguimos esperando el dinero, y estamos ya a 28 de abril.
Nos dijeron que el reembolso debería haber llegado hace más de 10 días, pero el dinero sigue sin estar en mi cuenta. Me parece inaceptable tener que esperar casi dos meses por un reembolso de una actividad que ellos cancelaron.
Además, anuncian que hacen los kilómetros que sean necesarios para ver auroras, pero en nuestro caso no fue así. Ese día se vieron auroras en el norte de Suecia y aun así cancelaron la actividad. Entiendo que si hay mal tiempo o nubes no quieran salir si no tienen seguridad de verlas, pero entonces deberían ser más claros con lo que prometen y, sobre todo, devolver el dinero correctamente y a tiempo.
También retiraron mi comentario de Booking porque, según ellos, no realizamos la actividad. Es cierto, no la realizamos porque fue cancelada, pero el dinero de una de las reservas lo siguen teniendo ellos y no yo.
No lo recomiendo salvo que haya una previsión de tiempo perfecta, sin nubes y con muchas probabilidades de ver auroras, porque si no, os pueden cancelar la actividad y luego el reembolso puede convertirse en un problema. Para mí, una experiencia muy decepcionante.
Do not book with this company if you actually want to receive the pictures you are promised in the package. We had a fantastic time on the tour on March 20th and were lucky enough to see amazing Northern Light activity. Our driver/guide made sure to find a great viewing point. The problems occurred after the tour. Amazing pictures were taken on our trip, but we have yet to receive them over 3 weeks later. We were in contact with the company via text through WhatsApp, however they stopped responding 2 days later and we have not been able to get ahold of them since. We have tried calling them multiple times to no avail as well. The tour was great, but the communication and receiving the pictures included in our package are less than expectations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most incredible experience with Romain from Polar Lapland! From start to finish he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible chance of seeing the aurora, driving us to the perfect location and sharing so much fascinating knowledge about how the northern lights work. What made the experience even more special was how dedicated he was to helping me learn my DSLR camera settings specifically for aurora photography — something I’ll be grateful for long after the trip. Romain was patient, passionate, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He also captured stunning photos and videos for us, which was such a special bonus. His enthusiasm and commitment to giving everyone an unforgettable experience truly stood out. If you get the chance to have Romain as your guide, you are incredibly lucky. My husband and I travelled all the way from Western Australia to Rovaniemi just for the chance to see the Northern Lights as it had been my ultimate bucketlist item for as long as I can remember. Small group Northern Lights tour
I went on two small-group Northern Lights tours this week, both led by Romain who was a fantastic guide. The first night was very cloudy so we had a long drive to Sweden in search of clearer skies. We were only able to see a hint of aurora that night, nature can be unpredictable. I booked a second tour two nights later & got to witness a Northern Lights display that was more incredible than anything I ever could have imagined. A true once in a lifetime experience, shared with a small group of other tourists who were equally in awe of what we witnessed. I didn't take a single photo the whole night - Romain had got that covered. He took fantastic photos which captured memories & allowed us to fully experience the magic we were seeing. These were shared with us very quickly afterwards. Romain took us to a quiet spot & while waiting for the aurora to appear, we all stood and watched shooting stars and the milky way. It was very special. I'm very glad I booked a second tour after the first quieter night. I'd recommend Polar Lapland small group tours to anyone visiting Rovaniemi - you never know what you might get to see. Thanks a million for everything Romain!

Sortie pour chasser les aurores avant-hier. Personnel accueillant. Nous avons fait beaucoup de route pour enfin voir les aurores, le spectacle était inoubliable. Mais au niveau de la prestation, très déçu par le niveau des photographies...
