I received my puppy on Christmas day! She is wonderful and I am already in love with her. I was very worried about purchasing her on line, because I had already. Been scammed 3 times. It was such an easy process and the people were terrific. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Not one person made me feel like I was bothering them. I highly recommend them. Yesterday, 01/15/26, I received my second puppy! He happens to be the the brother to the one I received on Christmas Day. He is wonderful and has already made himself a big part of are lives. You can really tell what an outstanding job The Puppy Lodge does. I am very ill and usually spend most of my time in bed. I have pet stairs so they can come and go off my bed and have the freedom of playing on the floor and going outside. If you are looking at The Puppy Lodge, don't hesitate as the whole process has been very easy an unstressful. You will be making the right choice.

I have nothing but good to say about The Puppy Lodge. We got our baby girl today and I am so in love with this little girl. She has filled a void I have had since I lost my little Buddy. Ruthann has been super helpful with the whole adoption process and contacted me today to check on us and say if I have any concerns or questions to just give her a call. Also Greg and Jason from Furry Trails Transport, who drove her from Ohio to Idaho were super helpful. They checked in with me several times to let me know how close they were to our home. I could not be happier. I recommend The Puppy Lodge highly and if I could give them more stars I would. Thank you Ruthann and all who made this possible for me and my daughter.

I just got my new beautiful baby boy from Puppy Lodge and I couldn’t be happier. He is the sweetest pup and can tell that these breeders take the extra time to stimulate these pups early on. Our boy had to be transported all the way to Florida and he actually arrived early, very impressive. Our pup arrived relaxed, healthy and happy. He is an absolute angel and we are blessed we get to be his parents.

When I contacted the puppylodge they responded to me the same day. And even though it was a holiday weekend and they technically were out the office and having a family affair. I was wanting a video of Bennett but when I found that out I told them it was okay for them to wait, but they still went out and recorded an updated video of Bennett for me, and answered all my questions about him so I then was able to put my deposit down and schedule the arrival of my Bennebear! I was hesitant about doing the delivery service but they put my mind at ease with the choosen service, which I was happy with them they keep me updated on my Bennebear and his arrival and they were friendly upon arrival. Now, my Bennebear I Loooovvveee him so much! He is such a sweet furbaby. Yes, he gets into everything and likes to bite on things but he is puppy and when you tell him no no he looks so sad at times I have to restrain myself from consoling him instantly 😂. He just loves to be around his mommie and I love to be around him, and he just follows me all around the house. And I’m recently disabled so he keeps me company. Oh and he loves kisses he will sit there and let you kiss his head and not move it’s so cute but as soon as you stop he will give you a few kisses back then he is back on full speed again, which I love watching him play with his little toys too.i just love my lil Bennebear! 😍

The decision to purchasie a puppy starts at finding a good breeder. I found that with Puppy Lodge. They answered all my questions promptly, they were very friendly and helpful. We went and visited the kennel to met the litter. Once the new puppy picked us, there was no turning back. We brought Neil home, he is healthy, very loving and everybody that meets him falls in love with him. We are so happy that we found Puppy Lodge.

We received our beautiful Teddy bear puppy Oakley(Nixon) from Puppy Lodge via transport a week ago and could not be any happier having him as the newest member of our family. We chose him from the litter at 2 wks old and were updated with pictures every week until he came to us at almost 10 wks. We were very happy working with Ruth and Eddie who were so kind during our process of waiting for his arrival date. Tyler from the transport company kept us well informed in route to our home. I would highly recommend the Puppy Lodge to anyone seeking out a canine member for their family.

Our newest addition, a Fluffy Frenchie, was delivered to our door. She is very happy, healthy, and an absolute love bug. She has already adjusted to her new home. We did a lot of research prior to making this decision, and would highly recommend the Puppy Lodge.

One month ago I received the most beautiful, sweetest and smartest Miniature Dachshund puppy EVER from The Puppy Lodge. He was delivered in perfect condition and has been the light of our lives from that moment. We had a wonderful experience and would totally recommend The Puppy Lodge!! (his name was Hunter, but we changed it to SoLo(w) because he is So Low to the ground, LOL)!!
