had a procedure done here in 2019. Dr. Colombus was the one who did it, now retired. I then had a revision done in 2020 because I let it be known the original surgeon, Dr. Colombus did not remove enough skin. But they wanted to do it in OFFICE. While I was AWAKE. They did numb me before they began cutting on my sides and get they this, they did not inject enough lidocaine for it. When I complained that I could feel the cuts, the Dr. Tork acted like he was annoyed that he had to inject more numbing. Tork no longer works there by the way.
Recently, I called and asked for the original before and after photos, none could be found (go figure). I wanted to see what the steps were for a revision (because obviously the original procedure was a hack job), they immediately started asking for money.
If you're looking for any type of work done, please avoid this establishment at all costs. Don't waste your money or time. I paid thousands of dollars for a hack job.

I've had an excellent experience with The Plastic Surgery Group in Hyde Park. Their main office is conveniently located just off I-71 near Rookwood, making it easy to get to, and scheduling an appointment is straightforward with a quick call to the main office.
The office itself is bright, modern, and welcoming without feeling overdone. The front desk staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful, and the clinical assistants make the entire process easy and stress-free.
On my initial visit, Dr. Guyton and his assistants were patient and carefully explained everything, reviewed all of my options, and made thoughtful, well-informed recommendations. He answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed and took the time to be sure I understood everything before proceeding. I found him to be a very skilled, meticulous surgeon and was extremely pleased with the results.
I later developed a slight indentation in the scar after my procedure. Dr. Guyton voluntarily offered to excise the scar and perform a revision at no additional charge. The final result was excellent and demonstrated his commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his patients.
Whether you're considering laser treatments, scar revision, facial plastic surgery, liposuction, or another cosmetic procedure, I would highly recommend The Plastic Surgery Group. They have earned their outstanding reputation in Cincinnati through professionalism, expertise, and excellent patient care.

Wonderful Results!I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Guyton and I couldn't be happier! From my very first consultation all the way to surgery day, the entire process was an absolute success.I am getting Married this September and I told him I want this done and looking great by then! He made that happen! Dr. Guyton is an amazing doctor who truly does incredible work—I have had zero issues and the girls are looking absolutely wonderful! If you are considering this procedure, I highly recommend him and his team. I couldn’t have found a more amazing team to work with! I WILL BE going back in the near future to go bigger for sure lol!

From the moment I called for my consult, to the first in office visit, to surgery and follow-up everyone has been soo incredibly kind and helpful. Dr Wilson is hands down the most personable surgeon and insanely talented at what he does. I’m only a week out from my reduction and already love the results! Dr Guyton is down to earth, easy to talk too, and really understood what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I was affraid of implants not looking natural, but he helped me pick the perfect size and shape.
Would highly recommend him!!
