August Wedding 2026 e honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing and we genuinely have zero faults. Jodie was incredible throughout the entire process. From all the planning in the lead up, where she was always only a message away, to helping us with our flowers the night before, and even being there on the morning of the wedding while we were getting ready, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Having someone so helpful, calm and genuinely invested in making our day perfect made such a difference. The shepherd huts we stayed in were absolutely gorgeous and the little touches of biscuits, pastries and milk waiting for us made them feel even more special. The food was UNREAL. We had the hog roast buffet for our main food, pizzas in the evening and a sweet cart, and everything was absolutely delicious. We had so many compliments from our guests about the food. The venue itself was perfect for a wedding, especially with children. We had lawn games which the kids absolutely loved, and the hobbit house in the gardens was a massive hit with them too. There was so much space for everyone to enjoy themselves and the whole place just had such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Many of our guests have complimented the venue saying what a lovely relaxed and cosy feel it had. Our wedding day genuinely could not have been more perfect. We were able to enjoy every second of it because we knew everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Jodie, Guy and the whole team put so much effort into making our day exactly what we wanted, and we will always be so grateful. If we could do the whole day again tomorrow, we honestly would. ❤️ We couldn’t recommend The Cider Works enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Thank you for giving us the most perfect day, we’ll never forget it.

Could not recommend highly enough. We had an afternoon tea for a wedding anniversary celebration. Food was incredible (and portions were huge, we all came away with boxes of spares which was a lovely touch). Staff were wonderful and the room was everything we needed, plus the bonus of their outside space which is full of beautiful details and fun little spaces. Couldn't fault it; 10/10

Our Wedding Day Craig and I had our wedding at this amazing Venue on the 7th August 2026. Jodie Guy and Team were so attentive with every single detail to what we wanted for our special day. We have a wonderful bbq for the day and a grazing table in the evening. Our friends and family have all said what an amazing day they had celebrating with us at this amazing venue. We can’t thank you all enough for what you did for us, we are truly greatful for making our wedding day so special and perfect! Lots of love The Wilkinsons ❤️ xx

Amazing ! We had our wedding here end of July 2026! Jodie, guy and all the staff are amazing. From the moment we booked we had regular meetings with Jodie so then we could plan exactly what we wanted. She was always so lovely and welcoming and thought of absolutely everything which is really helpful especially when you find wedding planning a bit daunting, she is so helpful! The venue is absolutely beautiful. Especially in the summer as we had most of our day outside. The venue was decorated exactly how we imagined it to be. We wanted a chilled garden bbq party vibe with not too many people and that’s exactly what we got. We had a lot of children at our wedding which was great as there is a large area of grass for the kids to play giant garden games and also a cute hobbit house that they really enjoyed playing in. Lots of parking and accommodation of Shepards huts for some of your guests which makes it a quirky place and something a bit different for your wedding guests to experience. The Shepards huts are absolutely gorgeous and very clean! Two bars one outside one inside, lots of toilets and a lot of different areas both inside and outside to sit. All of the staff are very friendly and each one of them made it so our day ran smoothly. As for food… 100/10! All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, the presentation, the taste, the choices, everything was spot on! Even if you’re not planning to have a wedding here I would definitely recommend taking a visit just to have a tasty lunch! The cider works is a very important place for our family now having 2 weddings here and a wedding anniversary and we will definitely continue to come here for family events! It’s the best venue around the Kent area to celebrate the best day! I feel it’s extremely good value for money for what is included. Everyone was so professional and helpful and really did make our day one to remember. If you don’t book your wedding here you are definitely missing out!

Brilliant Venue! We used the Cider Works for our wedding reception & wow what a great venue. Jodie did a brilliant job organising everything that we could possibly want from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a venue for any kind of celebration in the area. Brilliant team of staff & the food was absolutely amazing. The venue is well spaced out with a really nice atmosphere. We have also been for Sunday lunch & that too was lovely. We are looking forward to coming back for a visit soon.

Perfect day We had our wedding here.. and what an amazing day we had. Jodie the owner was brilliant from the day we booked. The venue it self is so lovely, quirky and homely. The gardens are beautiful. We stayed in the shepherds huts which where also so cute and lovely.with fridge stocked with drinks and a basket with cookies and crisps. We had a bbq, instead of the traditional sit down for the wedding and people said how enjoyable it was. The day was perfect. And the next day, we had a lovely breakfast, served to us all who stay in the 5 shepherds huts. Highly recommend. Out standing staff and just a beautiful place.

Wedding day 11th July 2026 We had the most amazing day celebrating my sister Lisa and Ian’s wedding on Saturday 11th July. The venue was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Jodie and her husband were wonderful hosts—nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole day so special for Lisa and Ian, as well as all of our family and friends. The food was delicious, and the shepherd’s huts were immaculate, with thoughtful touches like fresh milk, proper butter, coffee facilities, and croissants, which were all greatly appreciated. We also loved relaxing around the fire pit with the lovely little bar trailer at the end of the evening. Everyone has been talking about what a fantastic day it was. Exceptional Venue, Incredible Team, Truly Magical Day We celebrated our wedding at The Cider Works on 20th December 2025 and truly had the most incredible day — all thanks to Jodie and her wonderful team. From the very beginning, Jodie was absolutely brilliant and made the entire planning process completely stress-free. Her attention to detail, organisation, and calm, reassuring presence meant we could relax and enjoy every moment. On the day itself, the team went above and beyond to bring everything together so beautifully. The venue looked absolutely stunning, the food was exceptional, and every member of staff was warm, professional, and attentive. We were especially touched by the small details — the team making sure to find us during photos so we didn’t miss out on drinks and canapés, setting up the venue so perfectly, and then packing everything away seamlessly at the end of the night. The shepherd hut accommodation was absolutely gorgeous and such a special addition to our stay, made even better by the amazingly good value for money. Everything was handled with such care and thoughtfulness, making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
