Exceptional Venue, Incredible Team, Truly Magical Day
We celebrated our wedding at The Cider Works on 20th December 2025 and truly had the most incredible day â all thanks to Jodie and her wonderful team. From the very beginning, Jodie was absolutely brilliant and made the entire planning process completely stress-free. Her attention to detail, organisation, and calm, reassuring presence meant we could relax and enjoy every moment. On the day itself, the team went above and beyond to bring everything together so beautifully. The venue looked absolutely stunning, the food was exceptional, and every member of staff was warm, professional, and attentive. We were especially touched by the small details â the team making sure to find us during photos so we didnât miss out on drinks and canapĂ©s, setting up the venue so perfectly, and then packing everything away seamlessly at the end of the night. The shepherd hut accommodation was absolutely gorgeous and such a special addition to our stay, made even better by the amazingly good value for money. Everything was handled with such care and thoughtfulness, making our wedding day truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for all of your hard work and couldnât recommend The Cider Works highly enough. Thank you all for creating a day we will cherish forever đ„°

Great Sunday lunch
This proved to be an excellent choice for Sunday Lunch. A warm welcome was followed by excellent food and service. Our 3-course lunch was high in quality - the lamb rump was especially delicious and memorable. Background music followed by live music added much to our enjoyment. Great value for money.

75th Birthday Party.
The Cidre Works hosted my party and what a party it was. So many of my guests commented on how good the food was, some saying that it was the best party food they have ever had. Jodie and her team could not do enough for us, and the music provided by Mixed Emotions was top notch. Highly recommended.

Perfect family celebration
We celebrated my Mum's 80th Birthday at the Ciderworks, booking the whole venue. Jodie and her team did a fantastic job, looking after our guests, ensuring everything went smoothly. Everyone had a wonderful time and the food, a fork buffet, was really good. I can't recommend highly enough
Visiting for business again today and even as wedding suppliers ourselves we are always so wowed by the hospitality and kindness Jodie and the team at the cider works always show us. Wether it's the constant supply of drinks, helping to arrange and plan or just being a pleasure to work along side. Thankyiu again to you all, We look forward to being back soon!

Never heard of the cider works until my brother in laws wedding on the 25th July. WOW!! Simply stunning location, fab food and fantastic staff that can not do enough for you. All the staff were so happy and got involved with the wedding, encouraging guests to get up and dance.went to the bar and they insisted on bringing drinks over. Will be recommending you guys to everyone

I cannot praise the staff, environment and food enough at The Cider Works. I have eaten here a few times and every time has been amazing. The food is delicious. Staff go above and beyond to help everyone. They are always polite, ensures everyone is comfortable, and has everything they need. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I would recommend this venue and would give it 10+ stars if I could.
